【摘要】 目的:本研究通过将导师的经验方蛇草肾炎颗粒与肾炎康复片作比较，探讨两方对于慢性肾小球肾炎气阴两虚兼湿热证的治疗效果。方法:选取慢性肾小球肾炎气阴两虚兼湿热证患者60例，随机分为治疗组、对照组，每组各30例。治疗组用蛇草肾炎颗粒治疗，对照组用肾炎康复片治疗，两组均以4周为一疗程，观察两个疗程。主要观察指标为治疗前后主要症状和体征、尿常规、24小时尿蛋白定量等变化情况。结果:(1)治疗组患者治疗后临床症状体征得到明显改善，总有效率为80%，其中显效率为53.3%，对照组患者经治疗后，临床症状体征亦有明显改善，总有效率为63.3%，其中显效率为26.7%。两种方法在改善倦怠乏力、口干咽燥、咽喉肿痛、腰脊酸痛、小便黄赤症狀方面，治疗组优于对照组，说明治疗组在改善气阴两虚兼湿热证症状上优于对照组。(2)两组治疗方法在治疗蛋白尿，血尿方面均具有治疗意义，但治疗组在改善尿蛋白定量方面优于对照组。结论:蛇草肾炎颗粒及肾炎康复片对慢性肾小球肾炎气阴两虚兼湿热证的证候、蛋白尿、尿潜血等均有治疗作用；蛇草肾炎颗粒在治疗后的中医证候改善总有效率优于肾炎康复片；蛇草肾炎颗粒在治疗后蛋白尿的改善优于肾炎康复片。更多还原
