龙西地区储层损害机理及保护措施研究

【摘要】 龙西地区储量相对较大,且是特低渗透油田的典型,这个油田性质基本上能够代表大庆外围油田的特性。因此研究大庆外围油田储层岩相学特点、储层潜在损害机理预测是探井保护油气层和提高产能的一项重要工作。储层多为粉砂岩、泥页粉砂岩,具有岩石颗粒细、孔隙小、泥质含量高、敏感性强等特点,储层极易受到损害,且一旦发生损害,则极难恢复。只有搞清损害机理,才能及时、有效地为探井提出保护油气层措施,设计出保护油气层的钻井完井液。本文主要以松辽盆地龙西地区扶杨油层为具体研究对象,使用先进的实验分析测试手段,开展低渗透砂岩油藏地质特征及潜在损害因素分析,储层敏感性评价,钻井液和完井液动态损害评价,全面分析了低渗透砂岩储层损害机理。对储层潜在敏感性预测方法的研究,在这方面进行了具有创新性的工作,不仅建立了快速预测新方法,还研制和开发出对储层敏感性进行快速预测的系列软件。开展敏感性评价,对于深入研究储层损害机理,以便采取有针对性的快速预防和处理措施,有效地保护储层,具有重要的意义。本文应用屏蔽暂堵技术基本原理,依据储层孔隙结构参数和暂堵材料粒度分布规律,并提出ID充填理论对暂堵材料进行优选并拟合不同加量比例,确定最优的完全暂堵剂颗粒配比配方。开展室内屏蔽暂堵实验,形成保护低渗透砂岩储层的ID充填完全屏蔽暂堵钻井完井液技术,提出有针对性的储层保护技术方案,初步形成一套适合研究区块储层特点的钻井完井保护配套技术,为提高低渗透油层的产能、加快研究区的油层发现和评价提供技术支持。

【Abstract】 Reserves in Longxi Region are relatively large and typical of low permeability oil fields. The characterof this oil field can basically represent the attribute of peripheral oilfields of Daqing. Therefore, studyingreservoir petrographic characteristics and predicting reservoir potential damage mechanism of peripheraloilfields of Daqing is a significant work for exploratory well to protect reservoir and increase capacity.There is mostly siltstone and shale siltstone in the reservoir which has the distinguishing festure of finerock particles, small porosity, high clay content and strong sensitivity. Reservoir can easily be damaged andonce damaged, it is quite difficult to recover. Only to make sense of damage mechanism, can we proposeprotection measures of reservoir for the exploratory well timely and effectively and design completiondrilling fluid to protect reservoir.The specific object of this study is mainly about Fuyang Reservoir of Longxi Region, Songliao Basin.We have used the advanced experimental testing methods and carry out the analyses of the low-permeability sandstone reservoirs in geological features and the potential damage factor. Reservoirsensitivity evaluation and drilling and completion fluid dynamic damage assessment has been conducted. Acomprehensive analysis of reservoir damage mechanism of low permeability sandstone has also beenconducted. Study the prediction method of potential sensitivity of reservoir and we have carried outinnovative work in this area. We not only establish a rapid new method for predicting, but also develope aseries of software for the rapid prediction of reservoir sensitivity. Carrying out sensitivity evaluation forin-depth study of reservoir damage mechanism is of great significance in order to take targeted rapidprevention and treatment measures to protect reservoir effectively.The basic principle of shielding temporary blocking technology has been applied in this paper. The IDfilling theory of temporary plugging material optimization and fitting different dosage ratio has beenproposed based on pore structure parameters of reservoir and the particle size distribution regulations oftemporary blocking materials. Then the optimal particle ratio formula of completely temporary pluggingagent is determined. Carry out indoor temporary plugging experiment and form the technology of ID fillingfully shielded temporary blocking drilling and completion fluid to protect the low permeability sandstonereservoir. Propose a targeted technology program of reservoir protection. Form a supporting technology ofdrilling and completion protection which is suitable for the characteristics of the region of interest,reservoir initially. Provide technical support to improve the capacity of low-permeability reservoirs, and tospeed up the discovery and evaluation of reservoir of the study area.
