游梁式双井抽油机的仿真研究

【摘要】 抽油机有杆泵采油方式在油田生产中占据主导地位,而目前应用最广泛的抽油设备是常规型游梁式抽油机,虽然其结构简单、可靠性高、维护方便,但是存在总体效率较低的问题。为满足油田节约发展、可持续发展的要求,提高机采效率、节能降耗已经成为油田重要的研究课题。随着我国油田的不断深入开发,为了提高石油产量,开始打加密井,从而出现了一次加密井和二次加密井,三次甚至四次加密井,使井距越来越近,井距的不断减小,为客观用一台抽油机驱动两井口采油提供了条件。因此本课题以常规游梁式双驴头双井抽油机为研究对象,分析了其主体结构与工作原理,介绍了不同于常规抽油机的结构特点。结合常规游梁式抽油机的基本工作理论对其进行了运动学、动力学分析,得到了两井口对应悬点的运动解析方程和减速箱输出轴扭矩的计算公式。对双井抽油机的平衡原理以及节能性进行分析,得出平衡效果良好、节能降耗的理论依据。基于SolidWorks软件建立了SCYJ8-3-48HB型游梁式双驴头双井抽油机的虚拟样机模型,对其进行仿真研究,得到了不同工况下悬点的运动特性。采用ANSYS软件对支架进行有限元分析计算,找出最大应力位置和变形位置,进行了刚度和强度的校核,得到的结果满足使用需求。采用HyperWorks软件对伸缩游梁在不同井距、工况下进行分析计算,得出各对应工况下游梁的应力分布云图、位移变形图,分析其最大应力位置和最大变形位置,得出游梁满足刚度和强度使用要求。通过本课题的研究,对于建立能源节约型油田有十分重要的实际意义,对油田节能抽油机的推广有一定的积极作用。

【Abstract】 In the process of oilfield production,oil pumping unit is in the dominant and nowdaysone of the most widely applied pumping equipment is the conventional beam pumping unit,ithas the advantages of the conventional beam pumping unit,such as firm structure,reliableworking station,easy to maintenance,but also overall there the problem of low efficiency.Tomeet the hair oil saving and the requirement of sustainable development, improving theefficiency of suck rod pumping systems,saving energy and reducing consump-tion hasbecome an important research topic oil field. With the deepening of our oil develop-ment, inorder to increase oil production, Started playing interspaced well, and thus appeared the firstinterspaced well and secondary interspaced well, and three interspaced well,making wellspace getting closer, For an objective beam pumping unit with a drive two oil production ofthe well provide the conditions.This paper mainly analyses conventional swim double-horse head beam type doublewells pumping unit for research object, analyses the main the structure and the workingprinciple, this paper introduces the structure characteristics of the pumping unit different fromany conventional.Combining general theory of the conventional beam pumping unit of thekinematics and dynamics analysis. Obtain the two corresponding analytical equation formotion equations and the gearbox output shaft torque calculation formula. On the double wellthe balance of the pumping unit principle and energy conservation for analysis, that balanceeffect is good, saving energy and reducing consumption theory basis. Based on SolidWorkssoftware established SCYJ8-3-48HB type swim double-horse head beam type double wellspumping the virtual prototyping model, The simulation research, get under different workingconditions, suspend sport characteristics. Using ansys software of scaffold calculated by finiteelement analysis, find out the maximum stress position and deformation position, Thestiffness and strength of checking result meet use demand. The Hyperworks software to swimexpansion in different spacing beam, working conditions is analyzed and calculated, andobtains the corresponding working downstream of the beam stress distribution, the displace-ment map deformation figure, analyzes the maximum stress position and maximum deforma-tion position, have to travel beam meet stiffness and strength use requirement. Through thispaper research to establish energy saving oilfield has very important practical significance,and the promotion of the oilfield energy saving pumping unit have certain positive role.
