省级电网一体化检修优化管理系统关键技术研究

【摘要】 本课题介绍了省级电网一体化检修优化管理系统的主要建设思路。该系统主要实现对检修计划进行评估、优化、基态、静态、暂态和动态多维度一体化安全校核,实现了基于电网运行经验专家库、评估指标分析、静态暂态动态校核全过程检修计划优化辅助决策,校核检修计划的可行性安排。省级电网一体化检修管理系统的主要技术特点是:首先,基于AC2企业服务总线,避免应用系统间直联,提高服务重用性,降低系统升级和新功能接入开发维护工作量;其次,建设了一体化网络模型管理平台,实现了模型管理的单点维护、全局共享,并能提供未来模型服务;第三,进行多周期多维度一体化检修计划安全分析,支持对年度、月度、日前等多周期检修计划的静态校核、动态校核和暂态校核;第四,首次提出并实现等效发电容量损失和负荷供应充裕度两个优化评估指标,通过这两个指标定量分析电网安全供电能力,分析获得发电容量损失最小和负荷供应裕度最大的检修优化调整方案,辅助用户实现检修计划的优化调整。在安全评估分析和优化计算中,采用潮流分析、灵敏度分析和静态安全分析等网络分析技术,定量评估各检修对输电设备重载和越限的影响;最后,进行检修计划优化,根据检修计划安全分析和裕度评估信息,结合专家智能决策库,对不符合电网安全要求的检修计划提出优化调整建议,辅助运行人员优化检修计划安排。

【Abstract】 This topic intrudoce the construction ideas of the integration of province grid’s maintenance optimization management system. The main objects of this system is assessment, optimization, multi-dimensional security check contains static state analysis, transient stat and dynamic state analysis. This system always build a optimize decision support system by grid operating experience, evaluation indicators, static state analysis, dynamic state analysis and transient state analysis, and then, find a propoer solution. First, based on the AC2enterprise service bus, to avoid the directly connection among the applications, reduce the costs of system upgrade and building new features. Secondly, building an integrated network modle management platform to achive the following gloals, such as maintenance the network model at any node and sharing it globally, support the future network model service. Third, support the safety analysis of multi-cycle and multi-dimensional, can do static stablility analysis, dynamic stability analysis and transient stability analysis to the maintenance plan via annual, monthly or daily method. Fourthly, fist proposed and implementd2optimization evaluation index such as equivalent loss of generating capacity and load supply abundant capacity. By quantity analysis these two indicators to tell grid’s safety supply capacity, find the security plan which meet the minimun loss of generating capacity and load supply’s max capacity, help the user to adjust the security plan. When the system comput the optimization goal, it use flow analysi, sensitivity and security analysis,static security analysis, quantitative assessment the impact of maintenance on the transmission equipemts overload and limit. Finally, study the maintenace schedule optimization, analysis the adequacy assessment informatin, combined with eperts intelligent decision library, give the optimal adjustment to the maintenance play does not meet the safety requirments, assisted the optimizer to arrange the maintenace plan.
