【摘要】 随着国家全面减免义务教育阶段学杂费以来,民办义务教育阶段学校遇到了发展的良好机遇,因为公办学校有了对片区和户口的限定,另外公办学校还面临着师资力量严重分布不匀的现象。所以本文以民办学校——民办江西广电实验小学为例,从经营和管理两个层面进行分析,并提出相应的应对策略。通过上述研究,意义在于更加清楚地了解江西广电小学目前所处的状况,解决民办学校如何在产业竞争过程中保持动态竞争优势,成为最后剩下来的成功者之一,以及如何进一步长远发展好的问题。本课题研究的重点是：以民办学校教育的消费者需求为根本目的,拟定调研方案并实施调研,然后分析调研数据结果,从而找到民办小学在在市场竞争环境中的优势和劣势,最终找到目标市场,不制定出符合学校实际情况的市场竞争战略。希望本人的研究结果能对江西广电小学的发展,及对全国同类或类似的民办学校起到理论和实践的借鉴意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with the national comprehensive education stage since tuition breaks obligations, run by the education stage school should be compulsory met the good opportunity of the development, because the public school and account for the limited, another public school teachers is also facing serious uneven distribution of phenomenon. so In this paper, run by private schools in jiangxi province experiment elementary school radio, for example, from two aspects, operation and management are analyzed, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures. Through the above research, significance is more clear about what radio in jiangxi province the current position of the primary school, solve how school of run by the process of competition in the industry to keep dynamic competitive advantage, become one of the last remaining to success, and how to further long-term development good questions.This subject is the focus of research is:to the private school education of consumer demand for fundamental purpose, draws up the investigation solutions and implement investigation and research, and then analyzes the investigation data results, then clear private school consumer’s basic needs and private schools in the environment of competitive advantages and disadvantages. Eventually identify target market and selected the right market segment and make corresponding market competition strategy.I hope that the results of the study on jiangxi radio and television elementary school to development, and to the same or similar private schools have a theory and practical significance.更多还原
