【摘要】 当前,尽管报网互动、媒介整合等融合表现在我国已有了一定的发展,但囿于政策壁垒、经济制约等原因,长期以来我国的媒介融合并未有实质性进展。“三网融合”为媒介融合提供了技术背景和产业支撑,是媒介融合的必经过程,这使得我国传媒业发现了媒介融合的新机遇。本文通过文献研究法、个案分析法、比较运用法等的综合运用,旨在探讨“三网融合”情境下实现媒介融合理念的可行路径。文章从我国媒介融合的发展入手,概括了媒介融合的内涵、种类和发展层级,探讨了当下媒介融合的困境及难点。在对我国“三网融合”的发展进行梳理后,论述了我国纸媒、广电、新媒体等各种媒介形态在“三网”促进下的融合进程,在此基础上总结出“三网融合”背景下媒介融合的特征。最后,结合前面的研究,同时对外部环境保障和媒介内部产业作为两方面进行考量,通过典型个案的分析,提出了若干政策规制的要点以及媒介自身的发展模式。期望通过本研究,对处于“三网融合”背景下的各主体尽快实现媒介融合的理念有所裨益。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present, despite the interaction of newspaper and network, media integration, which belong to fusion performance, have been some development in our country. But confined to the policy barriers, economic constraints and other reasons, for a long time China’s media convergence has not been substantial progress."Triple play" provides for media convergence with technical background and industry support, so the former is the necessary process of media convergence, which makes China’s media industry find new opportunities for media integration.Literature, case analysis, the comparison of the integrated use of the law aims to explore a viable path to achieve media convergence in the "triple play" situation. From the integration of the development of China’s media, the article summarizes the integration of media content, type and development level, explores the plight of the current media convergence and their difficulties. After sorting out the development of China’s "triple play", the article discusses the various media forms of paper media, broadcasting, new-media under the "triple play" to promote the integration process. On this basis, the article summers up the media convergence’s characteristics in the context of "triple play". Finally, in the combination of the previous study, as two aspects of the external environment protection and the media internal industrial considerations, through the analysis of typical cases, the article proposes the main points of the regulation of a number of policies and the development model of the medium itself.
