南昌有线数字电视系统平台研究

【摘要】 有线电视系统的数字化将彻底改变广播电视经营模式和竞争格局,频道资源更加丰富,传输渠道多元化,电视业务多样化,为现有广播电视发展提供了千载难逢的机遇。目前南昌数字电视仍处于起步阶段,当全国各地有线数字电视用户规模迅速膨胀的同时,南昌的推进步伐却明显落后于其他城市,无法满足用户上网、通信、即时新闻、信息点播等新业务需求,电视用户正在逐步向互联网分流,越来越多的年轻观众正在远离电视机。针对南昌电视系统的现状,本文采用BigBand公司的新一代数字前端系统解决方案进行了南昌有线电视系统升级与改造,其内容包括宽带多媒体业务路由平台(BMR)、新一代实时MPEG-2编码器(BREZO)、边缘高密度QAM平台(BME50)以及统一网管系统SMU1000,并由此组成一个全新的数字业务系统运营平台、服务平台。宽带多媒体业务路由平台BMR,在实现传统数字前端基本功能(如MPEG编码、复用、加扰、QAM调制)的基础上,采用当今业界最强大的数字视频媒体处理引擎和视频路由交换技术,提供更多的应用功能,包括传输流路由交换、数字码流重组优化、高清电视、千兆以太网传输、数字广告插播、VOD点播以及崭新的交换式广播等。系统试运行期间,完全满足前期规划需求。

【Abstract】 Cable TV system of digital will completely change radio and television business model and competition pattern, with channel resources more abundant, the transmission channels pluralism, TV business diversification, the development of the existing radio and television provided a golden opportunity. Currently Nanchang digital TV is still in the infancy, Cable digital TV users nationwide increase rapidly, but the propulsion pace of Nanchang city was obviously lag behind other cities, So that it cannot satisfy users doing something:such as Internet, communication, real-time news, information demand and other new business requirements.TV users are gradually going to the Internet tap, with more and more young viewers far from TV. According to present situation of Nanchang TV system is considered, this paper adopts BigBand company’s new generation digital front-end system solutions for the Nanchang cable TV system upgrading and transformation,which includes broadband multimedia business routing platform(BMR), the new generation propels BMR real-time MPEG-2encoder (BREZO), edge high-density QAM platform (BME50) and unified net system called SMU1000composed a new digital business system operation platform, service platform. Broadband multimedia business routing platform BMR, in realizing propels traditional digital front-end basic functions (such as the MPEG encoding, reuse, scrambling. QAM modulation), adopt the most powerful digital video media processing engine and video routing exchange technology in current industry, provide more applications, including the transmission flow function by exchange, digital code streaming reorganization, HD television, gigabit Ethernet transmission, digital advertisement inter-cut,VOD on demand and brand-new switched radio, etc. System commissioning period, completely satisfy demand prophase planning.
