生态节能型农村生活污水处理技术研究

【摘要】 结合江西省环鄱阳湖生态经济区建设的要求,借鉴太湖、滇池流域农村生活污水治理经验,自主研究开发了一种投入少、运行能耗低,处理效率高、管理简便的分散式农村生活污水处理技术——“厌氧池/射流充氧滴滤塔/人工湿地”组合工艺。该技术将厌氧、射流充氧生物氧化和人工湿地等技术结合在一起,对生活污水进行了厌氧、好氧和人工湿地三级处理,有效地降解了生活污水中的有机物和磷、氮等营养物。小试分单元启动、人工配水联动运行、生活原水联动运行三个阶段进行,研究结果显示,经过此组合工艺处理的农村生活污水,对COD、NH4+-N、TN、TP的去除率分别可达85%、74.5%、76.2%、80%,出水水质稳定达到或优于《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)中的一级B类标准。中试工程征用土地0.35亩,具有生态、低碳和节能特点,可自动稳定运行,无需人工操作。经初步测算,中试工程已达到主要经济技术指标要求:运行费<0.12元/吨水;COD去除率>80%;氨氮去除率>70%;总磷去除率>75%。虽然针对鄱阳湖流域农村生活污水的处理问题提出该技术,但其亦适于我国其他广大农村地区生活污水的达标治理。

【Abstract】 With a view to meeting the requirement of constructing "the Ecological and Economic Zone of Poyang Lake" in Jiang-Xi province, according to rural sewage treatment experience of Tai Lake and Dian-Chi Lake Basin, An innovative technology called "Anaerobic tank/Jet aeration bio-trickling filter/Constructed wetland" was developed with the advantages of less investment, low energy consumption, high treatment efficiency and easy management. It is a combination with wastewater treatment technologies of anaerobic, biological oxidation by jet aeration and artificial wetland. Phosphorus, nitrogen and other nutrients in rural domestic wastewater could be degraded effectively by tertiary treatment including anaerobic, aerobic and constructed wetland of this technology.Laboratory-scale test carried out from every unit experiment of technical combinations to simulated rural sewage and then raw sewage treated by joint units operation. The results show that removal rates of COD, NH4+-N, TN, TP in rural sewage was up to85.4%,74.5%,75.9%and78.3%, respectively, after treating by this combined process. Post-treatment water quality achieved grade-B of emission standard (GB18918-2002).The pilot test was designed to treat10ton sewage per day with characteristics of low carbon and energy-saving and stable operation automatically without manual control. Preliminary test results demonstrated that the requirement of the major economic and technical indicators of the pilot project had been accomplished:operating cost was below0.12Yuan/ton; removal rate of COD, NH4+-N, TP exceed80%,70%and75%, respectively.The combination process of "Anaerobic tank/jet aeration bio-trickling filter/constructed wetland" was not only introduced to treat rural sewage of the Poyang Lake basin but also could meet needs for other rural sewage treatment in China.
