基于矩阵变换器供电的异步电动机直接转矩控制系统研究

【摘要】 直接转矩控制技术是在20世纪80年代发展起来的一种交流调速技术,它是在定子坐标系下分析电机的数学模型,直接将定子磁链空间矢量和电磁转矩作为被控变量,对电磁转矩实现直接控制,控制方式更为简洁和快速,进一步提高系统的动、静态性能。但是其采用的交-直-交电压型逆变器给电网带来了谐波污染的问题。矩阵变换器具有能量双向流动、输入功率因数为1、输入输出正弦电流、不需要直流储能电容等优点,适用于交流调速的应用场合。本文以“基于矩阵变换器供电的异步电动机直接转矩控制”为主题,首先在简单阐述了直接转矩控制的基本原理和数学模型的基础上,详细分析了直接转矩控制的六边形磁链轨迹和近似圆形磁链轨迹两种策略的控制方法,并对近似圆形磁链控制的控制策略进行了仿真研究。其次针对矩阵变换器是功率器件较多,控制方法复杂的特征,从矩阵变换器的基本拓扑和工作原理出发,对矩阵变换器进行建模,引出了交-直-交型虚拟等效电路和间接矢量调制策略,详细分析了间接空间矢量调制和直接空间矢量调制的算法,然后对间接空间矢量调制的矩阵变换器模型进行了仿真。最后提出将矩阵变换器用于直接转矩控制的系统中,使得矩阵变换器和直接转矩控制的优点结合在一起,构成对电网无污染、高性能的交流调速系统。主要对基于矩阵变换器的DTC原理进行了分析,给出了控制系统框图,然后用MATLAB/SIMULINK软件搭建了仿真模型。仿真结果表明,该组合控制策略是一种高性能的调速系统。

【Abstract】 Direct Torque Control technology is developed as a kind of AC DriveTechnology in the1980’s. It’s a mathematics model for analysis of electricalmachines based on stator coordinate system. In the model, Stator Flux SpaceVector and Electromagnetic Torque are directly used as the controlled variables,to realize the direct control of the Electromagnetic Torque. The method is moresimple and rapid, so the dynamic and static performance of system has beenfurther improved. But the harmonic pollution problems had been caused byAC-DC-AC voltage type inverter.Matrix converter is of bi-directional powerflow, the input power factor1, the input and output sinusoidal current, withoutthe need for DC energy storage capacitors and other, these advantages made itapplicable to AC applications.Based on matrix converter fed induction motor direct torque control,firstly,we simply elaborated the basic principle and the mathematical model ofdirect torque control. On this basis,we detailedly analyzed the controlmethods, the direct torque control of hexagonal and approximate circle fluxlinkage locus, and made research of simulation on the second strategy.Secondly, considering the large number of power devices, and the complexfeatures of the control methods of the matrix converter, we modeled the matrixconverter based on its topology and working principle, put forward theAC-DC-AC virtual equivalent circuit and indirect space vector modulationstrategy, detailedly analyzed the modulation algorithm of direct and indirectspace vector, and then simulated the indirect space vector modulation model.Finally, we used the matrix converter in direct torque control system, inorder to combine the advantages of the matrix converter and direct torquecontrol, and constitute a high performance AC speed regulation system with nopollution to electric network. Based on the DTC principle analyzation, we gavethe block diagram of the control system, and then set up the simulation modelusing MATLAB/SIMULINK. The results showed that the combined controlstrategy is a kind of control system with high performance.
