基于Pro/E二次开发的三辊Y型轧机参数化设计

【摘要】 三辊Y型轧机即120°三辊连轧机。此种轧机出现于20世纪50年代,它由钢管张力减径机发展而来。其三个轧辊的之间互相呈120°角,除了主传动轴外其余两辊都是通过锥齿轮进行传动。该轧机本身的体积小,重量轻,配置紧凑,而且在生产线上不需要升降台、辊道、翻料机等辅助设备、投资少、建设快、生产效率高,目前多用于轧制断面小、变形抗力大、宽展大,适合加工温度区间小的有色金属和合金,品种主要包括紫铜、黄铜、青铜、铜镍合金、钛合金、铝、镍及镍合金等等。三辊Y型轧机的结构相似度很高,适合参数化设计。本文利用Visual Studio2005对Pro/ENGINEER4.0进行二次开发,通过Pro/TOOLKIT开发工具提供的相关函数,利用数据库技术,结合计算机辅助孔型设计系统(CARD)得来的相关力能参数,同时运用同步和异步的开发模式,建立了三辊Y型轧机中相关重要零部件的参数化设计系统,实现了三辊Y型轧机的快速生成,从而满足了市场对各种型号的三辊Y型轧机的需求。论文通过计算机辅助孔型设计系统计算所得的孔型参数和相关数据,利用有限元软件,对钛合金线棒材三辊连轧过程建立有限元模型,进行数值模拟分析,通过与现场数据的对比分析,验证了孔型系统的有效性,并为现场工艺参数调整提供新的思路。

【Abstract】 The Y-rolling mill is a120°three-roll rolling mill. The mill was evolvedfrom steel pipe tension reducing mill in the1950s. Three rollers are arranged inthe form of mutual forms a120degree angle, roll is in a disc shape. The mill hasthe advantages of small volume, light weight, compact configuration, and it doesnot need lifting platform, roller, tipping machine and other auxiliary equipment,and it is less investment, fast construction, high production efficiency. The millused for nonferrous metal and alloy which has small rolling section, largedeformation resistance, high wide exhibition, small temperature range forprocessing at present. Products include copper, brass, bronze, copper-nickelalloy, titanium, aluminum, nickel and nickel alloys, etc. Because the structuralsimilarity of the Y-rolling mill is high, it is very suitable for parametric design.Pro/ENGINEER software is a parametric design software which has thefunctions of3D modeling,2D drawings, assembly, and dynamic simulation.This paper uses Visual Studio2005to Pro/ENGINEER4.0for secondarydevelopment, utilizes the correlation function provided by Pro/TOOLKITdevelopment tools, uses database technology, combines the relevant powerparameter to computer-aided roll pass design(CARD), utilizes synchronous andasynchronous development mode,finally accomplishes the parametric designsystem of the Y-rolling mill’s important parts, realizes quick generation of theY-rolling mill to meet the market demand for its various types.This paper uses pass parameters and related data calculated bycomputer-aided roll pass design system, utilizes the finite element software,establishes finite element rolling process, analyses the numerical simulation,compares the field data, verifies the validity of the pass system, finally obtainesthe stable rolling process parameters, provides new ideas for future adjustmentof process parameters.
