基于Pro/E的压下系统参数化设计

【摘要】 钢铁作为一种常用的金属材料在日常生活和经济建设中发挥着无法比拟的作用,但是钢铁业的高能耗如今已成为严重影响经济发展的突出问题。为推动我国钢铁工业节能减排和发展循环经济与低碳经济,促进钢铁工业的可持续发展,亟需建立短流程钢铁生产线和研发环境友好型冶金设备。双辊铸轧技术从根本上改变了传统的钢材生产方法,将连铸和轧制两个工序合二为一,大幅度缩短了薄带钢的生产工艺流程,是符合钢铁循环经济、环境友好、可持续发展的新趋势。在冶金机械设计与制图中,设计人员花费大量的时间和精力去查手册、计算,然后再进行交互造型。大量的重复设计和制图将会增大设计人员的劳动强度,降低设计效率。因此开发典型零部件设计系统,不但可以提高产品的设计效率,还可为后续的分析与仿真系统提供三维几何模型以及材料等与仿真和分析相关的信息。在这种背景下,本论文以铸轧机压下系统为例,开展了基于Pro/ENGINEER的压下系统参数化CAD系统的课题研究。本文分析了国内外双辊铸轧技术的研究现状和技术瓶颈、参数化技术理论及研究现状、Pro/ENGINEER的二次开发现状。在此基础上,设计了一种新型的铸轧机压下系统,此压下系统采用电液双压下装置,实现铸辊辊缝的双精度调整,快捷、准确的达到要求值。运用Pro/ENGINEER的二次开发工具的功能,使用Pro/TOOLKIT与Visual Studio.net2005编程环境,以动态链接库(DLL)的形式,开发出参数化特征库建模系统。实现铸轧机压下系统的参数化设计,使铸轧机压下系统系列化。该系统具有友好、直观的对话框界面,包含了多种不同类型的参数化特征原型,使用时只需要输入基本的参数值就可以生成相应的三维模型,大大提高了使用Pro/ENGINEER建模的效率。

【Abstract】 Steel plays an incomparable role in daily life and economic construction ascommonly used metal material. High energy consumption of the iron and steelindustry has become a prominent problem that have serious impact on economicdevelopment. To promote China’s iron and steel industry energy conservationand the development of circular economy and low carbon economy, to promotethe sustainable development of the iron and steel industry, it is imperative toestablish the short process of steel production line and R&Denvironment-friendly metallurgical equipment. Twin-roll casting technologyfundamentally changes the traditional steel production. Casting and rolling twoprocesses are combined into one, which significantly shortening the productionprocess of the steel material. It is consistent with the iron and steel recyclingeconomy, environment-friend, and sustainable development process.In the course of metallurgy mechanical design and drafting, the designersspend a lot of time and effort to check the manual and calculate, then establishinteractive modeling. Lots of duplication of design and drawing will increase thelabor intensity of the designers and reduce design efficiency. Therefore, thedevelopment of a typical component design, not only can improve the efficiencyof product design, but also provide three-dimensional geometric models, andmaterial information related to the simulation and analysis for subsequentanalysis and simulation system.In this context, this paper takes caster screw down system for example,carries out the subject research that screw down parametric CAD systems basedon Pro/ENGINEER. This paper analyzes the research status of the castingtechnology and technical bottlenecks, theory and research of parametrictechnology, and the secondary development of Pro/ENGINEER domestic andinternational. On this basis, a new type screw down system of casting rollingmill is designed. Electro-hydraulic double-precision device is adopted in thesynchronized screw down system. The system realizes double-precisionadjustment of the roll gap, which both can meet the control precision and depress rapidly. A parametric feature library modeling system is developed inthe form of Dynamic Link Library (DLL) by using the secondary developmentfunction of Pro/ENGINEER, programming environment of Pro/TOOLKIT andVisual Studio.net2005. Parametric design of screw down system is achieved,and the system is serialization. The system has a friendly, intuitive interface ofthe dialog box, which contains a variety of different types of parametric featureprototype. The three-dimensional model can be generated only by entering thebasic parameter values. The modeling efficiency of Pro/ENGINEER is greatlyincreased.
