“有机更新”理论在城市公园改造中的应用与探索

【摘要】 公园绿地作为城市的绿“肺”,在美化环境、维持生态、调节气候等方面都起着重要的作用。城市公园是由多个景观因子构成的“有机体”,这个“有机体”的形成是一个萌芽、发展、兴盛、稳定、衰败、复兴、再衰败、再复兴的螺旋式进化过程。随着时代的变迁,很多城市公园都面临设施老化、功能衰退,无法再满足现代城市生活的需求。而城市居民由于生活水平和生活方式的改善,以及对亲近自然的渴望都对城市公园等公共活动提出更高的要求。如何协调好城市公园与当今城市整体环境之间的平衡,深入挖掘城市老公园的潜在价值,对于城市绿地系统的可持续发展具有重大影响。城市公园伴随着城市的建设、改造、更新而不断完成自身的演变。这个演进的过程中,如何处理城市公园传统的景观模式与现代城市生活需求之间的平衡关系,成为公园改造过程中的首要问题。“有机更新”理论是吴良镛院士在进行北京菊儿胡同改造的过程中提出的,并且已经广泛应用在旧城更新建设之中。城市公园作为城市建设的一部分,同样也适用于此理论之的指导。对城市老公园进行有机的改造建设,促进其新陈代谢过程,将使得公园景观重新焕发生机,展现出全新的风貌和时代特征,是城市公园建设实现可持续发展的必然途径。本文从城市更新、公园演变的角度着手,以“有机更新”理论为指导,结合风景园林学、建筑学、生态学、社会学等相关学科的知识,深入地探讨城市公园改造建设中所面临的问题,总结出其可持续发展的对策。本课题的研究在尊重城市公园原有场地的自然资源、历史文化的前提下,以发展寻保护,分部分项的进行改造建设。根据城市公园的不同特性要求,贯彻整体性、阶段性、延续性、参与性、人本性、效能性等基本的改造原则,改造现有公园不合理的景观功能,创造满足当今公园发展的景观需求,推动公园自身更新与发展。将“有机更新”理论与城市公园的改造建设相结合,建设具有景观美与生态化、时代性与历史性共生的城市公园,为城市居民创造全新的公共开放空间。最后,通过对福安富春公园改造的个案研究入手,以实践的角度来论证了本课题所提出的改造设计方法。

【Abstract】 As the city’s lung, Green Parks plays an important role in landscaping, improving theenvironment and regulating the climate. Green Park is a organism that constituted by a number oflandscape factors, and the formation of the organism is a spiral evolution process of sprout,development, prosperity, stability, decline, revival, and then decline again, and re-revival. As timegoes by, many city parks are faced with the problems of facilities aging, functional declining, and canno longer meet the needs of modern urban life. With the improvement of living standard and lifestyle,however, urban residents are much eager to get close to nature, and their requirements for urbanactivities space like city park increase sharply. Coordinating the balance between city parks and thewhole city environment and making full use of the potential value of the old city parks,so that it canre-energize as before have significant impacts on the sustainable development of urban green spacesystem..The city parks keep continuous evolution in alliance with the construction, rebuilding andrenewing of the city. How to coordinate the balance between the traditional landscape model of thecity park and modern urban life demands becomes the key issue of the park renovation in the processof city evolution. During the the Renovation of Ju’Er Alley, Wu Liangyong raised Organic RenewalTheory,and then it was been widely used in the Urban Renewal construction. City parks as part of theurban construction, as same be applied to this theory.It is necessary to make appropriate modulation tothe old parks and accelerate its renewing process to ensure the park landscape will revitalize with atotal different style and contemporary characteristics in the process of sustainable development of cityparks. This article based on the city updating and the evolution of park the angles, the theory oforganic renewal as a guide, combined with knowledge of landscape architecture, architecture, ecology,sociology and other related disciplines, discuss in depth the renovation of the construction of the citypark facing problem, summed up their sustainable Development Strategies.The research of this subject is under the premise of respect the natural resources, history cultureof the original venue, to looking for the protection of development, and in accordance with therequirements of the different characteristics of the city parks, implement holistic, phased, continuity,participation, human nature, efficiency basic renovation principles, to create the landscape needs tomeet today’s park development, renovation the unreasonable landscape features of existing parks, topromote the park’s own update and development, construct landscape beauty and ecological erahistorical symbiotic city park, create a new urban public open space for residents. Finally, from thestudy of the renovation of FuChun Park in FuAn, it demonstrates the renovation design methodproposed in this topic.
