【摘要】 在家庭伦理关系中，婆媳关系是相对复杂，比较微妙的关系。特别是作为在我国计划生育政策下成长起来的70末80后90后陆续步入了婚姻殿堂，也组成了新时期的农村婆媳关系。婆婆大多成长于新中国诞生以后，媳妇大多成长于改革开放以后，而这两个时间节点，都是我国历史社会发展的两个重要拐点。有着不同成长背景、不同教育背景、不同生活习惯、不同价值观、不同人生观的婆婆与媳妇两代人成为一家人共同生活在一起后凸显出了许多社会问题，多多少少的矛盾也随之出现。家庭伦理是调节家庭关系的准则，婆媳关系的根本是家庭伦理，家庭伦理是衡量婆媳关系的维度。本文从家庭伦理的角度分析了农村婆婆与媳妇的特征，新时期农村婆媳关系和谐是主流，但也存在一定程度的矛盾，主要表现在日常生活中、经济权的分配、思想观念、下一代的教育等方面产生了不同程度的摩擦。主要原因是婆媳伦理文化的差异、家庭利益的冲突、家庭情感的亲疏、家庭结构的变化、婆媳个体性格的不同以及纽带作用失效等造成的。婆媳关系对家庭和谐具有重要作用，农村中的婆媳冲突若不能正确解决，将会不利于家庭和谐，还会间接影响邻里和睦和村寨的安宁，直至影响到地方社会的稳定，进而影响和谐社会的构建。构建新时期农村婆媳和谐关系是本文要达到的目的，这就需要加强家庭伦理教育，婆婆要慈，媳妇要孝，营造好良好的家风；用爱的心来沟通交流，增进家庭亲情关爱，做到互敬互爱；社会应通过相关基层机构的教育功能，褒奖婆媳和谐典范，发挥榜样的力量；培育婆媳伦理文化、大力弘扬传统“孝”文化，注重提高女性的道德文化修养，推动婆媳关系互动；健全社会养老机制，减轻现代家庭负担；充分发挥有关纽带的作用等多管齐下，共同努力，最终实现和谐农村婆媳关系的构建。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the family ethical relations，old woman daughter-in-law relation is relativelycomplex，more delicate. Have different background、 different educationbackground、 different life habit、 different values、 different outlook on life’smother-in-law and daughter-in-law two generations living together as a family afterbrings out the many social problems, many also emerge in various degrees ofcontradictions.Family ethics is to adjust the rules of the family relations， old womandaughter-in-law relation is the basic of family ethics，family ethics is the measure of theold woman daughter-in-law relation dimension. This article from the Angle of familyethics analyses the rural mother-in-law and daughter-in-law’s characteristics，the newperiod rural old woman daughter-in-law relation harmony is the mainstream，but thereare also some degree of contradiction mainly displays in the daily life，the distributionof economic rights、concept、the next generation of education brings different degree offriction. The main reason is the old woman daughter-in-law ethical culture；thedifference of the family in the conflicts of interests；and feelings of family property；family structure change；individual character and her mother-in-law and differentintermediary function make the failure.Old woman daughter-in-law relation to family harmony plays an important role inthe conflict that can not correctly solve if her mother-in-law，will go against familyharmony，will also indirectly affect harmony and peace of the village neighborhood，until the affected the local social stability, further influence the construction ofharmonious society.
