基于CRUISE的AMT自动变速器抵挡规律的仿真研究

【摘要】 本论文的选题基于一汽解放青岛汽车有限公司的试验项目,目的是为新大威2010版重型牵引车配备的AMT变速箱制定最佳换挡规律,最终实现整车动力性能和燃油经济性能的提高。首先本文介绍了AMT变速器的工作原理以及在国内外的发展现状和研究趋势,并对AMT的控制系统和关键技术进行了详细分析。针对重型牵引车AMT的工作特性和换挡要求,对换挡规律进行了全面的分析与研究。从理论上初步设计了基于两参数的最佳动力性能换挡规律和最佳经济性能换挡规律。然后利用AVL Cruise软件建立了AMT重型牵引车的仿真模型,详细介绍了各个模块的功能和参数设置方法。针对AMT重型牵引车的变速器和离合器控制,选择软件中的相应控制模块,设置相应的参数,实现对AMT车辆换挡过程的真实模拟。设置完成后,利用整车参数,进行了原车的动力性能和燃油经济性能的仿真与分析。最后采用Cruise中专门用于换挡规律生成与优化的GSP(Gear Shift Program)模块,’设置换挡参数,生成了最佳动力性能和最佳经济性能换挡规律。根据标准路谱,对换挡规律曲线进行了优化并进行了整车性能仿真计算。与原车性能对比,GSP优化后的换挡规律曲线提高了整车性能,从而也验证了GSP模块生成换挡规律的正确性和可靠性。本文的研究成果为AMT重型牵引车TCU的标定提供了重要参考,从而缩短了开发时间和降低了开发成本。

【Abstract】 The topic of this paper is based on the test items of the FAW Jiefang Qingdao Automobile Co.Ltd.The purpose is to make optimum shift schedules for the heavy-duty tractor of New Dawei2010Editionequipped with AMT transmission, and finally improve the vehicle’s dynamic performance and fuel economy.Firstly this paper introduces the working principle of AMT transmission and development status and trends of the study of AMT in home and abroad, then the AMT control system and key techniques are analyzed in detail. According to the operating characteristic and shift request of AMT heavy-duty tractor, the shift schedules of AMT have been analyzed and studied comprehensively. Theoretically, the optimum shift schedule of dynamic performance and the optimum shift schedule of fuel economy performance based on two parameters are initially designed.Then this paper uses the AVL Cruise to establish the model of AMT heavy-duty tractor, and introduced the function and setting method of parameters for each module. And according to the control of AMT heavy-duty tractor’s transmission and clutch, this paper selected the corresponding software control modules, the corresponding parameter configuration, and to realize the real simulation of shift process for AMT vehicles. After the settings, this paper used the parameters of the entire vehicles to simulate and analyse the dynamic performance and fuel economy of the original vehicle.Finally this paper used the GSP (Gear Shift Program) module which is a tool to specially generate and optimize shift schedules to create the optimum shift schedule of dynamic performance and the optimum shift schedule of fuel economy by setting shift parameters. And according to the standard way spectrum,this paper optimized the curves of shift schedules and operated the simulation calculation for vehicle performance. Compared with the original vehicle performance, the optimized shift schedules improved the vehicle performance, which verified the correctness and reliability of the GSP module.The results of this paper provided important reference for the calibration of TCU of AMT heavy-duty tractor, also, shorten the development time and reduced development costs.
