基于专家系统的微内孔表面质量精密检测技术的研究

【摘要】 微内孔类零件比如针阀体等在现代制造业中占有很大的比例。目前,国内针对孔径的精密测量主要采用传统的人工检测方法。这种方法不仅测量效率低,而且精度难以控制,为了实现快速、准确的自动检测和质量控制,本文针对微内孔的表面加工质量,进行了基于专家系统的精密检测技术的研究。本文以图像处理为工具,结合模式识别技术和专家系统,以精密判别待检微内孔零件的表面质量为研究对象,对微内孔的精密检测进行了研究与设计。借助CCD摄像机,直杆光纤镜和采集卡获取图像,从硬件部分确保了微内孔图像的可靠性,提高了检测的准确性。基于对微内孔图像的灰度化、二值化、中值滤波、边缘检测、图像的阈值处理、轮廓提取、微内孔特征参数和统计参数的提取,通过模式识别和专家系统,完成了对待检零件的精密检测。论文针对针阀体微内孔的表面质量,对该检测技术进行了研究,借助计算机编程与实验处理,归纳设计一种基于专家系统的微内孔表面质量的精密检测技术,为各类工件表面质量的检测以及图像数字化采集、处理,专家系统和模式识别技术的应用提供了一定的技术支撑。基于专家系统的微内孔精密检测系统,是光机电一体化的体现,将图像处理技术,专家系统与模式识别技术相结合,实现微内孔表面质量的精密检测,达到了较好的识别效果,因此对微内孔采用非传统检测方法的研究,具有很重要的应用价值。

【Abstract】 Component parts with micro internal bore such as pin valve take up the very large proportion in the modern manufacturing industry. At present, traditional man-detection method is used widely in our country of the aperture’s precise detection. This method is not only measuring inefficiency, and difficult to control the precision. In order to make fast and accurate automatic detection, and quality control, the micro internal bore surface quality is characterized by the technique, which is based on expert system precise detecting in this paper.By tools of image processing combining pattern recognizing technique and expert system, this paper mainly object is how to realize the precise judgment on surface quality of the component parts, and make an intensive study on micro internal bore’s detection. To make sure the micro internal bore image reliability in the hardware, the system uses CCD camera, straight rod optical fiber endoscope and acquisition card to obtain the image, and to raise the detection accuracy. Based on pattern recognition, expert system and image processing such as the gray, the value of two, the median filtering, edge detection, image threshold processing, contour extraction, characteristic and statistical parameter extraction of the micro internal bore and so on, to achieve the component precise detection. This thesis studies the detecting technique, with the needle valve surface quality of the micro internal bore. Using computer programming and experiment concludes a micro internal bore surface quality precise detecting technique, which is based on expert system, it provided technical support to such component surface quality detection, digital image acquisition and processing, expert system and pattern recognition technique.This system is the embodiment of mechanical-photoelectric integration. It combines image processing technique, expert system and pattern recognition technique, satisfying the micro internal bore precise detection, achieving better identification effect. So studying on micro internal bore of the non-traditional detecting method, has an important application value.
