SBS化学改性煤基沥青的研究

【摘要】 常温下沥青具有粘结性和弹性,是良好的路用材料。路用沥青主要包括石油沥青和煤沥青。由于价格和产量原因,煤沥青将代替石油沥青用于路面建设。煤沥青较易挥发老化;温度敏感性较大,夏天易融、冬天易脆;为了克服这些缺点,需要对其进行改性。本文以多联产煤沥青为原料,SBS为改性剂,在三氟化硼乙醚等催化作用下使SBS与煤沥青发生化学反应,制得改性沥青。与原料沥青和物理改性沥青相比,SBS化学改性沥青软化点升高30℃,针入度降低1.5mm,延度增加34cm。流变性能分析表明,改性后沥青具有更好的弹性和更宽的温变范围;热分析表明,SBS吸收了沥青中的油分,改性后的沥青性能稳定。SEM可以看出,与原料沥青相比,改性沥青断面平整,结构均匀,SBS已经与沥青完全融为一体。FT-IR表明,SBS与煤沥青发生了化学反应。

【Abstract】 Asphalt is adhesion and flexibility at room temperature, so they are good road materials. Road asphalt mainly including bituminous petroleum asphalt and coal tar pitch. For prices and production reasons, coal tar pitch would be instead of petroleum asphalt for road construction. Coal tar pitch is more volatile and aging, also, it is temperature-sensitive. So, it need to be modified to overcome these shortcomings.Coal tar pitch is used as the raw materials in paper, SBS as the modifier is reacted with coal tar pitch under the catalysis of boron trifluoride diethyl ether to obtain the modified asphalt. Compared with raw coal tar pitch and modified asphalt, Chemically modified coal tar pitch with SBS have better road performance just as higher softening point,smaller penetration and ductility. Theology properties analysis shows that the modified asphalt has better flexibility and a wider temperature change range, and thermal analysis shows that the modified asphalt has more stable performance. It can be seen from SEM that compared with the raw bitumen, the modified asphalt has flatter cross-section and more uniform structure, SBS has been fully integrated with asphalt. FT-IR showed that a chemical reaction occurred between asphalt and SBS.
