火成岩下上保护层开采底板煤岩体卸压保护范围研究

【摘要】 目前煤与瓦斯突出是困扰煤矿安全生产的主要问题,防治煤与瓦斯突出也逐渐成为未来实现煤炭行业绿色开采的保障性技术,而保护层开采作为首选区域性防治措施也越来越受到重视。本文分析了主要矿山开采技术及地质因素对卸压保护范围及形状的影响,并重点研究海孜矿上保护层工作面顶板存在的火成岩对保护层开采的卸压保护范围的影响性。利用关键层判定条件判定得出该火成岩是对岩层移动起到控制作用的关键层。经塑性、弹性等理论研究得出该火成岩的关键层特性缩小了保护层开采的卸压保护范围。根据《防治煤与瓦斯突出规定》、塑性理论、底板四带等理论分析得出保护层开采后被保护层处于底板的新增损伤带内。本文应用卸压判定准则计算得出:被保护层最大主应力低于8.18Mpa以下时即处于卸压保护状态;被保护层膨胀变形值达到8.1mm以上时即得到有效卸压保护。应用数值模拟研究了上保护层开采过程中的被保护层应力分布及煤层膨胀变形规律,并且研究得到有火成岩侵入的卸压保护范围小于无火成岩条件。海孜矿现场进行了保护范围及保护效果现场考察,结合理论卸压角及数值模拟结果,综合得出上保护层开采后的卸压保护范围。同时现场考察得到卸压范围内被保护层透气性系数为未卸压煤体的透气性系数的300倍。考察结果表明,卸压范围内的被保护层得到有效的卸压保护,突出危险性得到有效消除,确保了9煤首采面962工作面的顺利安全采掘。图[40]表[15]参[60]

【Abstract】 At present,coal and gas outburst is the main problem to trouble the safety production in the coal industry.The control of the coal and gas outburst has become a future security technology of realizing the coal industry’s green mining,and mining protective seam is the most valid and economical regional prevention measures.This paper analyzes the main mining technology and geological factors on the discharging pressure the scope of protection and the influence of the shape.and it takes vital research about the upper protective layer roof existing ignore rock’s influencing the extent of protection,by the "key stratum" theory to research that the ignore rock is the key stratrum controlling the strata movement.Combined with plasticity theory and the elastic theory to research that the ignore rock restricts the upper protective layer ming’s protection.Through the "regulation" and plasticity theory and "four zone" theory, the analysis shows that the protective coal seam is in the new damaged zone.This paper takes the recognized and effective standards about the discharging pressure to get the Haibei Haizi upper protective layer ming’s standards:when the protective layer’s the maximum principal stress is less than8.18Mpa, it is in the protective state.When the protective layer’s inflation deformation is greater than8.1mm,it is in the protective state.This paper established numerical model and concluded that the protective layer on layer is in the process of mining stress distribution and inflation deformation law of the coal seam, and the study finds that the extent of protection and the discharging pressure level are obviously less than the results of no igneous rock.Through inspecting the experiment about upper protective layer ming in huaibei haizi mine, combined with the theoretical discharging pressure and the result of the numerical simulation, the extent of protection after upper protective layer ming is got.At the same time,The investigation results show that the permeability coefficient in the extent of protection is300times than the not discharging pressure coal. All the investigation results show that the protective coal seam in the extent of protection is protected,the outburst dangerous has been eliminated.The first work-face in the9th coal seam mined successfully.
