无压三产品旋流器的通用分配曲线模型研究

【摘要】 在新建选煤厂、选煤厂改造、重介分选设备更换时均需要进行重力分选效果预测,采用分配曲线进行预测分析是较为广泛使用的预测手段。当缺少可供参考的实际分选数据资料时,通常都采用近似公式法作为分配曲线的数学模型进行预测分析。近似公式法的优点是使用方便,但弊端也很明显:使用近似公式法的预测效果一般好于实际的分选效果。因此当缺少实际分配曲线资料的时候,就需要有一条更加准确并且使用方便的分配曲线模型。通用分配曲线模型正是在这样的情况下提出来的。在1978年美国匹兹堡大学的B.S. Gottfried教授首先提出了通用分配曲线的概念。在国内只有中国矿业大学的路迈西教授提出有关跳汰选的通用分配曲线模型,是建立在她所搜集的大量的跳汰选资料上进行的分析。但是,在有关重介质分选方面,通用分配曲线还处于空白阶段。鉴于无压三产品重介质旋流器的应用愈来愈广泛,所以本论文针对无压三产品重介质旋流器的提出了通用分配曲线模型。本论文收集了大量的无压三产品重介质旋流器的单机检测数据,通过对数据进行整理,完成相关计算,在Ep值不变的情况下使用数学模型对分配率数据进行拟合,采用一套曲线平移理论,推导出通用分配曲线模型的具体形状。通过与实际数据值的比较,再对比近似公式法与实际数据值的接近程度,论证了通用分配曲线模型有更高的精度,且模型使用方便,值得推广本论文的结论能够对选煤厂设计、工艺改造进行理论指导,也能为实际生产提供指导,具有重大的推广意义。

【Abstract】 To create a new preparation plant, reform a preparation plant, replace the dense medium separation machine, commonly need to predict the effect by use of the partition curve. When lack of the actual sorting data, usually take the approximate formula as partition curve for predicting. The advantage of the approximate formula is easy to use, but the disadvantages are also very clear:the prediction effect of approximate formula usually better than the actually separation effect. So, when lack of actual distribution curve material, we need a distribution curve model which more accurately and easy to use. The general distribution curve model is put forward on such a background.In1978at the University of Pittsburgh, B.S. Gottfried first put forward the general distribution professor curve concept in the United States. In domestic only Professor Lu Mai-xi at China University of Mining and Technology put forward the general distribution curve model about jigging coal. As to dense medium separation, though, the general distribution curve model is still in point blank stage, In view of gravity-fed three products H. M. cyclone is more and more extensive employed, so this paper will put forward the general distribution professor curve model in allusion to it.This paper collected a lot of single machine detecting data of gravity-fed three products H. M. cyclone. The author through analyzing the data, completing relate calculation, simulating the distribution rate by the use of mathematical model under the condition of the same Ep value, using a parallel moving theory, then get the general distribution curve model’s specific shape. Through the contrast with practical data value and approximate formula, demonstrates the general distribution curve model not only has higher precision, but also convenient to use, so it is worthy to be popularized.The conclusion of this paper can supply a theoretical guidance to design a preparation plant and process reconstruct, guide the practical production, is of great significance for popularization.
