AS3991实现的数据采集器及其应用研究

【摘要】 RFID技术是当前应用于物联网领域的一项极为重要的技术,伴随着现代生物技术和计算机网络技术的飞速发展,RFID技术也得到了革命性的改变,RFID跨行业乃至跨区域的应用也逐步成为了现实。本课题即是在此背景下产生的。本文设计了一个基于AS3991芯片的数据采集器,该数据采集器能够实时地采集现场数据且对相关数据进行实时处理。同时本文成功地将该数据采集器应用于食品安全领域。首先,本文对RFID技术做了比较全面的介绍。对于RFID技术中所涉及的重要概念在本文中也会进行详细描述,包括RFID技术概述,RFID发展历程,RFID系统组成及分类,RFID技术标准,以及RFID与传统条形码的比较。然后,本文对射频收发模块进行了详细设计,主要对数据采集器所使用的AS3991芯片做了详细介绍,同时给出了使用AS3991芯片实现数据的发射与接收的原理,简单介绍了射频模块电路设计基础锁相环电路,并给出简单框图。另外,本文对数据采集器中的电子标签模块做了简要设计,电子标签是数据采集器中的非常重要的组成部分。电子标签虽然体积较小,但其功能却是非常强大的。电子标签内部编写的程序可以随时被读或者被写,能够存储规范并且实用的数据信息。接着,本文对数据采集器中读写功能模块进行了详细设计,该模块是数据采集器的核心部分,该采集器即是利用读写功能模块完成了对数据的处理。最后,本文将该数据采集器成功地应用于食品安全领域。通过在食品安全领域应用该数据采集器可以显著地增强现有食品安全领域的透明度,可以有效对食品的来源及流通进行跟踪及追溯。

【Abstract】 RFID technology is used in the field of things a very important technology, along with the rapid development of modern biotechnology and computer network technology, RFID technology has also been a revolutionary change, the applications of RFID cross-industry and even cross-regional gradually become a reality. This topic is in this context.This paper designs an AS3991chips based on the data collector, this data collector can real-time acquisition data and related to real-time data processing. The paper successfully the data collector used in the food safety field.This paper does a more comprehensive introduction to RFID technology firstly. Detailed description of the important concepts involved in the RFID technology will be carried out in this article, including an overview of RFID technology, RFID course of development, composition and classification of RFID systems, RFID technology standards, as well as RFID and barcode comparison.Then, the RF transceiver module detailed design, the AS3991chip data acquisition are described in detail, given the AS3991chip data transmitter and receiver principle, brief introduction to RF circuit design the basis of phase-locked loop circuit, and gives a simple block diagram.In addition, data acquisition in the electronic tag module design brief, the electronic tag is a very important part of the data acquisition device. RFID tags are smaller, but its function is very powerful. Programs written within the electronic tag can be read or written, storage specifications and practical data. Then, read and write capabilities in data acquisition module, detailed design, the module is the most central part of the data collector, the collector is to read and write function module to complete the data processing.Finally, the data collector is successfully used in the field of food safety. The data collected in the field of food safety applications can significantly enhance the transparency of the existing field of food safety can be effectively track and trace the sources and distribution of food.
