【摘要】 目的：采用中药保留灌肠配合塌渍及TDP治疗湿热瘀结型盆腔炎性疾病后遗症，来说明其是治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的有效方法。方法：通过归纳、总结古今文献，了解近些年治疗湿热瘀结型盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的各种方法；并在门诊随机选取30例湿热瘀结型盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的患者，运用中药保留灌肠、中药塌渍及TDP进行治疗，通过观察患者临床症状、体征、肿瘤坏死因子α等治疗前后的变化，来评定其临床效果。结果：30例PID后遗症患者经过治疗后：痊愈12例（40.0%），显效10例（33.3%），有效6例（20.0%），无效2例（6.7%）。总有效率93.33%。结论：中药保留灌肠配合塌渍及TDP是治疗湿热瘀结型盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的有效方法，并且值得临床进一步研究及推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose: This article uses the method of Chinese medicine retention enema, collapsestains, TDP to cure the squelae of Pelvic inflammatory disease of the hot and humid stasissyndrome. That can prove the method is a allopathy.Method: By summing up document ancient and modern, have a deeply understand aboutthe ways of curing the the hot and humid stasis syndrome squelae of Pelvic inflammatorydisease which known already; and cramp out30cases from the hot and humid stasissyndrome squelae of pelvic inflammalory disease patients randomly, using the way ofretention enema Chinese medicine collapse stains and TDP to treat these patients. And thenanalysis its clinical efficacy according to the observed results of the different clinicalsymptoms, physical sign, the tumor necrosis factor and so on.Results:30patients’healing efficacy: cure number：12（40.0%）clear in effect number:10(33.3%),normal in effect:6(20%), in vain number:2(6.7%). Total effective rate:93.33%.Conclusion: Chinese medicine retention enema coordinate with collapse stains and TDPis a good method to cure the hot and humid stasis syndrome squelae of Pelvic inflammatorydisease, which is worth to reach and popularize further.更多还原
