【摘要】 目的：通过临床试验研究，观察双温脾肾汤治疗慢性肾小球肾炎蛋白尿脾肾阳虚证的临床疗效，丰富中医治疗慢性肾小球肾炎蛋白尿的理论和经验，为临床用药提供依据。方法：选取2011年01月至2012年01月在吉林省人民医院中医科就诊的慢性肾小球肾炎蛋白尿脾肾阳虚证的病人，依据试验病例纳入标准、试验病例排除标准从中选纳合格病例作为受试对象，随机分为治疗组与对照组，每组各30人。在基础治疗上，治疗组予双温脾肾汤，对照组予肾炎温阳胶囊，两组均治疗8周。结果：通过统计学分析，在临床疗效方面，治疗组总有效率为83.3%，对照组总有效率为66.7%，两组之间比较，存在的差异不具有统计学意义（P＞0.05）；在中医证候疗效方面，治疗组总有效率为90.0%，对照组总有效率为66.7%，两组之间比较，存在的差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；在降低蛋白尿方面，两组间存在的差异具有统计学意义，治疗组优于对照组（P＜0.05）；在安全性观测方面，两组在试验过程中均未发现与试验药物有关的不良反应，安全性较好。结论：双温脾肾汤有较好的临床疗效，能改善慢性肾小球肾炎蛋白尿脾肾阳虚证患者的临床症状，降低尿蛋白含量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose: To research through clinical trials to observe the clinical efficacy ofshuangwenpishen decoction to proteinuria caused by chronic glomerulonephritis (yangdeficiency of spleen and kidney), enrich traditional Chinese medicine theory and experienceof the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis. To provid a basis for clinical use of drugs.Method: Selected from patients of proteinuria caused by chronic glomerulonephritis(yang deficiency of spleen and kidney) from The Department of Traditional Chinese Medicineat Jilin Province People’s Hospital since January2011to January2012. Selected qualifiedcases as subjects from them according to inclusion criteria, exclusion criteria,and randomlydivided the subjects to treatment group and control group (n=30). With basic treatment,special treatment of shuangwenpishen decoction to treatment group and nephritis Onyangcapsule to the control group, the two groups were treated for8weeks.Result: By statistical analysis, in terms of clinical efficacy, total effective rate was83.3%in the treatment group and was66.7%in control group. But between the two groups, thedifference had no meaning in statistics (P＞0.05). In terms of TCM Syndrome, the totaleffective rate was90.0%in the treatment group and was66.7%in control group. Between thetwo groups, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). In aspect of reducingproteinuria, the treatment group was better than the control group (P＜0.05). No abnormalchange and adverse reactions was found that caused by the medicine during the treatment,which proved the safety of medicine.Conclusion: Shuangwenpishen decoction is efficacy to proteinuria caused by chronicglomerulonephritis (yang deficiency of spleen and kidney), which can improve the clinicalsymptoms and reduce proteinuria.更多还原
