【摘要】 目的：本文以中医基础理论为指导，根据导师多年临证经验，探究止血汤治疗慢性肾小球肾炎血尿阴虚火旺证的治疗作用，通过比较治疗后两组患者的总疗效和治疗前后两组患者的各项临床症状、体征改善情况等指标，借助统计学方法，用以检验止血汤对慢性肾炎血尿的治疗效果和验证其治疗前后的安全性。方法：将疾病确诊为慢性肾小球肾炎、中医辨证为血尿阴虚火旺证的60例患者，按照患者的就诊顺序，采用随机数字表法，分为治疗组30例（止血汤）和对照组30例（肾炎灵胶囊），疗程为4周。通过观察对比治疗后两组患者的总疗效和治疗前后两组患者的各项临床症状、体征改善情况等指标，进而用统计学方法分析止血汤对慢性肾炎血尿的治疗效果。结果：治疗组经止血汤治疗4周后的总有效率为77.33%，对照组经肾炎灵胶囊治疗后的总有效率为70.00%，治疗后两组间进行统计学分析（秩和检验），P>0.05，提示治疗组和对照组在治疗慢性肾炎血尿阴虚火旺证患者的总疗效上差异不显著，但治疗组在部分临床症状（潮热盗汗、腰膝痠软、耳鸣、虚烦不寐）、舌质、舌苔和脉象方面与对照组相比较，存在显著性差异，治疗组（止血汤）明显优于对照组（对照组）。结论：研究表明：慢性肾小球肾炎血尿阴虚火旺证患者经止血汤治疗4周后，患者的部分临床症状和体征（舌质、舌苔、脉象情况）能较好地得到改善，临床研究过程中未出现副作用，止血汤是有效的治疗此病的方剂。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose: Based on the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine as a guide, based onyears of clinical experience of tutor, hemostasis Decoction in treating chronicglomerulonephritis hematuria cloudy deficiency-fire to therapeutic effect, compared beforeand after treatment in two groups of patients before and after medication of the total curativeeffect and the clinical symptoms, signs of improvement and other indicators, using statisticalmethods, in order to validate the clinical efficacy of hemostasis Decoction and safety.Method: Chosen60patients with Chronic Glomerulonephritis Hematuria of fire due toyin deficiency pattern according to the conditions. Random is divided into the therapy groupwith Hemostasis Decoction treatment30cases and the control group with Okra capsuletreatment30cases.4weeks was a course of treatment. Through the observation andcomparison of two groups of subjects before and after treatment the total curative effect andthe clinical symptoms,physical signs to improve the situation,and then analyzed usingstatistical,methods the total curative effect before and after treatment in two groups.Result: Total effective rate in the therapy group was77.33%, and in the control groupwas70.00%. According to statistic analysis (P＞0.05),there are no significant differences, toimprove clinical symptoms and signs in treatment group than the control group, there weresignificant group differences， the therapy group is significantly better than the control group.Conclusion: Hemostasis Decoction treating Chronic Glomerulonephritis Hematuriacloudy deficiency-fire certificate can better improve the patients’ clinical symptoms andpatients’ clinical symptoms and signs （tongue coating on the tongue，quality，pulsecondition），clinical research does not appear in the side effects，hemostasis Decoction iseffective in the treatment of Chronic Glomerulonephritis Hematuria of fire due to yindeficiency pattern.更多还原
