【摘要】 目的：探讨灵龟八法与辨证取穴相结合治疗抑郁症的临床疗效，并评估该方法对抑郁症患者疗后生活质量的影响。方法：将符合实验要求的60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组30例。治疗组即辨时辨证组，采用灵龟八法结合辨证取穴法针刺治疗；对照组即常规针刺组，采用单纯辨证取穴针刺治疗，2组进行对比研究，每次留针40min，每日1次，10日为1个疗程，共治疗4个疗程。2组均于治疗前、治疗结束时及疗后3个月随访时分别进行汉密顿抑郁量表（HAMD）、Zung抑郁自评量表（SDS）及汉化版SF-36健康调查表评分，观察HAMD评分的减分率和SF-36评分的变化情况。将所得数据进行统计学处理。结果：2组治疗前HAMD、SDS及SF-36的评分差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。2组临床干预结束时及疗后3个月随访时上述三个量表评分较治疗前差异均具有显著性（P<0.01，P<0.05），并且辨时辨证组各项指标均优于常规针刺组；辨时辨证组总有效率为96.67%，常规针刺组总有效率为86.69%。可见，辨时辨证组临床疗效优于常规针刺组。结论：灵龟八法结合辨证取穴能够明显改善抑郁症患者的临床症状，提高其整体生活质量，非常值得临床广泛推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose: On eight methods of intelligent turtle and syndrome differentiationacupuncture clinical efficacy of combined therapy in the treatment of depression, and toevaluate the method on patients with depression after chemotherapy quality of life.Method: Will meet the test requirements of60patients were randomly divided intotreatment group and control group,30cases in each group. On dialectical therapy group whenthe group, using eight methods of intelligent turtle with syndrome differentiation AcupunctureAcupuncture Treatment; control group routine acupuncture group, treated by syndromedifferentiation acupuncture on,2groups were compared on the40min, each time,1times aday,10days for a course of1, a total of4courses of treatment. In the2groups beforetreatment, at the end of treatment and3months after treatment and at follow-up were theHamilton Depression Rating Scale （HAMD）, Zung Self-Rating Depression Scale（SDS） and the Chinese version SF-36Health Questionnaire score, HAMD score wereobserved reduction rate and SF-36score changes. The obtained data were statisticallyprocessed.Result: The2groups before treatment HAMD, SDS and SF-36score difference does nothave statistical significance （P>0.05）.2groups of clinical interventions at the end oftreatment and3months after the three scale score compared with before treatment, thedifference was significant（P<0.01, P<0.05）, and identify when differential group indicatorsare better than that of conventional acupuncture on differential group; when the totalefficiency of96.67%, the total efficiency of the routine acupuncture group86.69%. Visible,when the clinical curative effect on differential group is better than that of conventionalacupuncture.Conclusion: Eight methods of Intelligent Turtle combined with syndrome differentiationacupuncture can obviously improve the clinical symptoms in patients with depression,improve their overall quality of life, very wide application in clinic.更多还原
