清代贵州农田水利研究

【摘要】 清代贵州水利研究不但有助于认识清代贵州经济社会发展状况,也可洞察清中央和地方政府加强贵州统治的努力,是贵州地方史研究的重要内容；对清代贵州水利的研究,还有助于改变我国学术界水利研究在空间重黄河、淮河、长江流域及沿海、内地研究,轻边疆和欠发达地区研究的缺陷；在中央和地方重视贵州水利建设的时代背景下,清代贵州水利的研究也将为贵州当今经济社会的发展提供有益的借鉴和启示。中国水利史和贵州地方史虽然都有较长的研究历史,也形成了丰厚的成果,但迄今为止这两个研究领域均尚乏清代贵州水利研究的成果。本论文在搜集和吸收学术界相关研究成果的基础上,对清代贵州水利的资料进行了力所能及的搜集利用,对清代贵州水利问题进行了初步的考察,在以下方面开展了一些探索和研究：第一、从自然和社会历史背景两个方面分析了清代贵州水利发展的条件；第二、分别从清前期、中期、后期进行阶段性的探讨,相对完整地阐述了清代贵州水利发展的历史；第三、从组织形式、资金来源等方面深入分析和归纳了清代贵州水利建设的运作模式和特点,也指出和分析了清代贵州农田水利存在的问题；第四、探讨了贵州农田水利的建设对于促进各民族之间的相互联系,推动贵州农业经济发展,实现清政府对贵州的政治改革、强化对贵州统治等方面所发挥的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 In Qing dynasty Guizhou water research not only helps awareness in Qing dynasty Guizhou economic social development status, also can insight Qing Central and local government strengthening Guizhou ruled of efforts, is Guizhou local history research of important content; on in Qing dynasty Guizhou water of research, also helps change in China academia water research in space heavy Yellow River, and huaihe River, and Yangtze River basin and the coastal, and mainland research, light frontier and owes developed area research of defects; in Central and local attention Guizhou water construction of times background Xia, Study of Water Conservancy in Guizhou in the Qing dynasty also brings today’s economic and social development provide a useful reference and inspiration,ater history and the history of Guizhou province in China has a long history, also formed a huge achievement, but so far the two areas of study are spent research results of Water Conservancy in Guizhou in the Qing dynasty. This thesis in gathering and absorbing the academics on the basis of the outcome of the study, has tried its best to collect the information of Water Conservancy in Guizhou in the Qing dynasty, to a preliminary investigation of the problems of Water Conservancy in Guizhou province in the Qing dynasty, has undertaken a number of exploration and research in the following areas:First, background, from the natural and social history of the two analyzed the condition of water resources development in Guizhou in the Qing dynasty;Second, respectively, from the early period of the Qing dynasty, the medium-term, late-stage discussion, fully explained the history of water conservancy development in Guizhou in the Qing dynasty;Third, from the Organization, funding, and other in-depth analysis and inductive mode of operation and characteristics of water conservancy construction in Guizhou in the Qing dynasty, also noted and analysed the problems of irrigation and Water Conservancy in Guizhou in the Qing dynasty;Fourth, Discussion on construction of farmland water conservancy in Guizhou to promote interlinkages among various peoples, promoting the development of agricultural economy in Guizhou province, Guizhou in Qing Government to achieve political reform, strengthened to the rule in Guizhou, and other aspects of the role of.更多还原
