溶解氧检测及传感技术的研究

【摘要】 空气中的氧分子溶解在水中后即为溶解氧(DO,dissolvedoxygen),溶解氧值是环保部门水质监测中的指标之一,同时也是水体自净能力的重要条件。准确、方便、快速地测量水中的溶解氧含量对环境监测,工业和农业生产均具有重要意义。本文在分析溶解氧检测的基本原理的基础之上,自主设计开发了两电极型极谱式溶解氧传感器,并重点介绍了传感器的制作过程。首先从传感器的研究电极和辅助电极的材料入手,分别介绍了两者的制作过程,并通过试验研究了传感器研究电极的表面积和辅助电极的材料纯度、表面积以及其对传感器性能的影响,然后介绍了温度电极的选取和透氧膜的选取以及传感器腔体的设计,并分别在饱和氧和零氧两种条件下验证了传感器的稳定性,论文最后介绍了溶解氧检测的硬件电路的设计以及系统软件的设计,采用北京华科仪电力仪表研究所的HK-258型便携式微量溶解氧分析仪对自制仪器进行标定,可望自制溶解氧在食品饮料生产行业,半导体生产行业,以及医药行业中的水处理和发电厂锅炉给水含氧量测量中取得广泛应用。

【Abstract】 Molecular oxygen in the air dissolved in water is called dissolvedoxygen (DO), its value is not only one of the indicators in water qualitymonitoring of the environmental protection department but also animportant condition of the self-purification capacity of the water.Detecting the dissolved oxygen content accurately, conveniently andrapidly is of great importance for environmental monitoring, industrialand agricultural production.On the basis of analyzing the fundamental principles of dissolvedoxygen detection, we independently designed and developed atwo-electrode polarographic dissolved oxygen sensor especiallyintroduced the production process. While analyzing the material of theelectrodes, we studied the surface area of the test electrode, the materialpurity of the auxiliary electrode and their influences on the performancesof the sensor through the experiments. We also introduced the selection oftemperature electrode and the design of the sensor cavity, verified thestability of the sensor in both saturated oxygen and zero-oxygenconditions and introduced the hardware circuit and the software design of the system. The instrument is calibrated using the HK-258portable tracedissolved oxygen analyzer of Beijing Huakeyi Power Plant InstrumentResearch Institute. We hope it can be widely used in water treatment ofthe food and beverage industry, the semiconductor manufacturingindustry, pharmaceutical industry as well as in the measurement of boilerfeed water in power plants.
