超临界机组汽水系统仿真建模

【摘要】 超临界火力发电在现如今是最主要的发电技术,超临界仿真技术可以保证机组的安全经济运行。汽水系统在超临界机组仿真中占有非常重要的地位,在整个火力发电系统中汽水系统也是关键的一部分。针对超临界机组仿真的必要性和超临界机组仿真中目前存在的问题,以及汽水系统在超临界机组中的重要地位,本论文的主要内容就是在仿真支撑平台上模拟开发超临界机组汽水系统的仿真模型,并且以古交电厂600MW超临界机组为仿真对象进行动静态特性仿真,通过仿真证明模型的正确性。主要内容如下:(1)根据模块化建模的思想,把整个汽水系统按设备进行划分,并且按照组态建模的要求对其进行算法编制;(2)由于汽水系统和燃烧系统之间的耦合性很强,为了保证本论文能够正常合理的进行,建立燃烧系统的简化数学模型;使用模块化的图形组态方法,搭建整个超临界机组汽水系统仿真模型;(3)利用InTouch软件绘制超临界机组汽水系统画面图,并通过仿真平台与画面相连构建完整的可视化仿真操作系统;(4)以古交电厂600MW超临界机组为仿真对象,将30%MCR、75%和100%额定工况下的静态仿真结果与设计参数进行对比,来验证是否可以达到在线、实时仿真所要求的精度;(5)对该模型启动过程进行动态仿真,并且在90%额定工况下,对模型进行扰动试验,来验证所建模型动态特性是否与实际的动态特性匹配,是否能够达到在线、实时和大扰动下的仿真要求。本论文建立了相对准确的汽水系统模型,为建立整个古交电厂600MW超临界机组仿真系统奠定了基础。

【Abstract】 Supercritical thermal power in the now is the most important power generation technologies,and Supercritical simulation of the unit technology can ensure safe and economic operation. The Steam-Water system plays a very important role in the simulation of supercritical units,as the steam-water system is also key in the thermal power system. For the current problems in the need for simulation of supercritical units and ultra-supercritical units simulation, In this thesis, the main content is simulate and develop the Steam-Water system simulation model of supercritical units,and simulat static and dynamic characteristic simulation of Gujiao Power Plant600MW supercritical unit to prove the correctness of the model.The main content is as follows:(1) According to the ideology of the modular modeling divited the entire water system of the device and prepare its algorithm.(2) In order to guarantee this thesis conduct normally and reasonable,I’ll establish simplified mathematical model of the combustion system,and then use the method of modular configuration of the graphics, build the simulation model of the steam-water system.(3) Using InTouch to draw the screen of super-critical unit Steam-Water system,connect the screen and the simulation platform to build a complete visual simulation of the operating system.(4) Reaserch the dynamic simulation of Gujiao Power Plant600MW supercritical unit, and contrast30%MCR,75%MCR and100%MCR of rated operating conditions of static simulation results and Design parameters to make sure whether it can meet the accuracy of online and in real or not.(5) Reaserch the dynamic simulation of the start profress and test the amount of disturbance at90%rated conditions to verify whether the model dynamic characteristics can match the actual dynamic characteristics. This thesis established a relatively accurate model of Steam-Water systerm and laid the foundation for the establishment of supercritical units simulator.
