【摘要】 校园文化是决定学校教育环境影响学校师生员工工作与生活、成长与发展的重要因素。理工科院校校园文化建设对学校的健康发展，对学生的全面成长起着至关重要的作用。理工科院校本身有其自身的特点，其校园文化建设亦应富有其特殊性，所以，分析理工科院校的校园文化特征，探究其校园文化建设的原则、内容，以及富有理工特色的校园文化建设的方式方法，对当前理工院校的校园文化建设具有积极的现实意义。本文共分五章：第一章论述了本文的研究背景和意义，以及文化、校园文化的概念和功能，分析出校园文化建设在学校发展中的重要作用；第二章对我国校园文化建设取得的成效和存在的问题进行分析；第三章通过实地调查研究，分析理工科院校师生对校园文化的认知情况；第四章在问卷调查的基础上分析出理工科院校当前校园文化建设中存在的问题、原因所在；第五章论述校园文化建设的建构路径，即校园文化建设应该遵循的原则，从校园文化建设内容的四个维度——物质文化建设、精神文化建设、制度文化建设、行为文化建设具体探寻理工科院校进行校园文化建设的方式与途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 The campus culture is the influence of school education environment, influenceof school staff and students work and life, the growth and development of theimportant factors. The construction of campus culture in Colleges of science andengineering on the school’s development and growth, in the overall development ofthe students plays a crucial role in science and engineering colleges and universities,which itself has its own characteristics, the construction of campus culture shouldalso has its particularity, therefore, analysis of the characteristics of Campus culturein Colleges of science and engineering, look for the principles of building campusculture, content, as well as a polytechnic characteristic campus culture constructionmethods, the polytechnic college campus culture construction has great guidingsignificance.In this paper, the specific content is as follows:The first chapter the concept of culture, the concept of campus culture andfunction are reviewed, analyzed the campus culture construction in the collegedevelopment vital role; the second chapter of the status quo of campus cultureconstruction in universities and colleges of science and engineering and theconstruction of campus culture characteristic to undertake an analysis, find out theblind spot of research--science and engineering university campus cultureconstruction research, establish the research direction, this study purpose andsignificance; the third chapter through field survey and research, analysis of thescience and engineering college campus to campus culture cognition situation; thefourth chapter in the previous chapter questionnaires based on the analysis of thecurrent campus culture construction in Colleges of science and engineering problems,and the existence of the problem; the fifth chapter discusses the construction ofcampus culture construction path, namely, the construction of campus culture shouldfollow the principle from the construction of campus culture, the contents of the fourdimension material culture, spirit culture, system culture, behavior cultureconstruction specific finds out the construction of campus culture in Colleges ofscience and engineering ways and means.更多还原
