【摘要】 我国作为发展中的社会主义国家，依法治国是我国的基本方略，它的基本要求是要在党的领导下加快社会主义法治国家的建设。大学生作为我国社会主义现代化建设中最重要的人力资源，他们能否成长、成材，直接关系到我国社会主义法治国家建设的成败。在这个过程当中，最重要的是加强大学生法制教育。我国的大学生法制教育是在二十世纪80年代开展的，经历三十年的不懈努力，大学生法制教育取得了良好效果。但随着市场经济的不断深入，社会环境发生了巨大变化，大学生主体意识逐渐增强，大学生法制教育也面临诸多挑战。本论文通过对国内外法制教育研究的研读与分析，在此基础上对加强和改进我国大学生法制教育的相关问题进行了详细的阐述。全文共分为三部分，第一部分为大学生法制教育概述，详细地阐述了法制、法制教育、大学生法制教育的内涵；大学生法制教育所具有的政治性、理论性、警示性、系统性的特点以及加强大学生法制教育的必要性。第二部分是通过“问卷调查”得出数据来分析大学生法制教育存在的问题、难以取得显著成效的主要原因，即法制教育定位不准确，学校重视程度不够、“人治观念”的影响、社会环境中司法腐败、违法现象的影响、大学生自身对法律的轻视等以及由此所造成的危害。第三部分提出加了强和改进大学生法制教育的对策，主要有更新法制教育观念、设置合理的法制教育内容、改革和创新教学方式和方法、加快法制教育师资队伍建设、营造良好的校园法律文化氛围、借鉴国外法制教育的做法等。以期优化大学生学法用法氛围，使大学生真正的认识到法律在其生活、学习以及国家的建设中的重要作用。大学生通过对法律知识的学习，能够树立正确的法制观念，提高自身的法律素养，加强适应社会的能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Our country is a developing socialist country. The rule of law is the basic strategy of ourcountry, it is the basic requirement to speed up the construction of the socialist country ruledby law under the leadership of the party. College students is the most important humanresources of China’s socialist modernization, whether they are able to grow is directly relatedto the success or failure of Socialist country legal construction in our country. In this process,the most important things is to enhance students’ legal education. Our country’s universitystudents legal system education is carried out in the1980s, after three decades of unremittingefforts, college student’s legal education has obtained the good effect. But with thecontinuous deepening of the market economy and social environment changed, collegestudents’ subject consciousness gradually strengthened and the college student’s legaleducation also faces many challenges.This paper is the study and analysis of research on legal education at home and abroad. Onthe basis, it detailed describe the problem about strengthening and improving the China’sStudents’ Legal Education. Full text is divided into three parts, the first part is the overview ofcollege Students’ Legal Education, it describes the meaning of the rule of law, legal education,students, legal education; College students’ legal education has political, theoretical, warning,systematic characteristics and the necessity to strengthen the legal education of collegestudents. The second part analyses the problems of college students legal education throughthe "questionnaire survey data and the main reason of hard to achieved remarkable results,the main reason that the legal system education position is not accurate, lack of the attentionof the school, the influence of " man concept ", the influence of Judicial corruption andviolations of the social environment, college Students own despise the law and the harm theycaused. The third part put forward the countermeasures to enhance and improve collegestudents’ legal education, basically updated the legal system education concept, establishedreasonable legal education content, reform and innovate teaching way and methods, speededup the construction of legal system education teachers team, created a good campus culturalatmosphere, and drawn on the practices of foreign legal education, etc. In order to optimize the atmosphere of college students study and apply laws, so that students recognize theimportant role of law in his life, study and construction of the country. College students couldestablish a correct concept of the legal system, improve their legal literacy and strengthen theability to adapt to society through the study of legal knowledge.更多还原
