汽车售后备件配送中心设施布局方案设计

【摘要】 随着汽车工业快速发展,2011年我国汽车保有量首次突破1亿辆,汽车售后市场因此异常繁荣,而汽车售后备件配送中心作为汽车售后供应链的关键节点也在大规模建造,汽车售后备件能否快速、准时、安全的到达客户手中,配送中心的作业效率是关键因素,所以汽车公司为提高物流效率、降低物流成本、提高客户满意度和增加企业竞争力对配送中心规划建设的合理性和科学性也越来越重视。配送中心规划建设涉及范围很广,包括物流网络规划、配送中心选址、内部设施布局、物流设备与信息技术规划、前期投资和运作成本研究等,本文将针对汽车售后备件研究其配送中心内部设施布局规划。本文在理论研究阶段首先对汽车售后备件和配送中心两个领域进行研究,分析两者各自特点和分类,在汽车售后备件配送中心布局时为备件分类和布局设计做理论基础。在布局设计阶段首先对一个案例进行描述,基于该具体案例利用经典系统布置设计法SLP进行整体布局,在布局过程时根据出入口的不同产生不同的布局方案,然后针对SLP的局限性,根据汽车售后备件出货特性将其按照日出货量和周转速度进行分类,基于分类结果对仓储区进一步布局,设计出不同的布局方案,经过整体布局和局部布局共得到四套布局方案。最后是方案评价阶段,本文采用灰色关联分析法对方案进行评价,在评价开始利用系统仿真软件对四套方案分别进行仿真,选取具有参考价值的数据作为方案评价的部分定量指标,根据汽车售后备件物流要求和配送中心布局要求制定评价指标和权重,经过对方案的定性和定量分析得到最优方案。本文通过理论研究、布局设计和方案评价三个环节对汽车售后备件配送中心设施布局做了较为系统的研究,建立了较为具体的设施布局方法。本文在针对经典SLP的不足提出进行局部布局思路,并且在仓储区利用目前的常用的仓储策略和动管补管策略进行布局,通过后期仿真对两个仓储策略进行对比。由于本文研究的设施布局方法对汽车售后备件领域具有较高的通用性,所以对该领域的配送中心设计布局具有一定参考价值。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of automobile industry, it is the first time that the ownership of cars in China exceeded100million in2011, with the result automotive aftermarket became abnormal prosperity, automotive aftermarket spare parts distribution center as a key node of the automotive aftermarket supply chain were also a large-scale constructed, the automotive aftermarket spare parts fast, punctual and safe arrival of the customer’s hands is determined by the operating efficiency of the distribution center, so each car company put more attention at reasonable planning and construction of distribution centers to improve logistics efficiency and reduce logistics costs, improve customer satisfaction and increase the competitiveness of enterprises scientific. Planning and construction of distribution centers is a very wide scope, including logistics network planning, distribution center location, the layout of the internal facilities, logistics equipment and IT planning, pre-investment and operating costs of research, this paper will study for the automotive aftermarket spare parts within its distribution center facilities layout planning.In the phase of theoretical research, firstly studied the two areas of the automotive aftermarket spare parts and distribution center, then analyzed both their own characteristics and classification of spare parts classification and layout of the theoretical basis for the automotive aftermarket spare parts distribution center layout. In the layout design stage, First introduced a case to describe the overall layout, then based on the classical system layout design method named SLP got different layouts depending on the entrance and the exit program in the layout process, and according to the Automotive Aftermarket spare parts shipment characteristics to be classified in accordance with the sunrise volume and turnover rate, based on the classification results further storage area layout, design different layouts, through overall layout and local layout got four layout programs. Finally, the program evaluation phase, used gray relational analysis to evaluate the programs, first used the system simulation software to simulated the four programs, then selected reference value data as part of the quantitative indicators of program evaluation, according to the automotive aftermarket spare parts logistics requirements and distribution center layout requires the development of evaluation indicators and weights, and through a program of qualitative and quantitative analysis find the optimal solution.In this paper, through the three aspects of theoretical research, layout design and program evaluation, make a systematic study at the facility layout of the automotive aftermarket spare parts distribution center and establish a specific method for facility layout. In this paper, for the lack of classic SLP, establish the local layout ideas and through the post-simulation comparison of the two storage strategies of common warehousing strategies and dynamic management of the fill tube in the storage area layout. The facility layout method has a high versatility in the field of automotive aftermarket spare parts, so it have reference value for distribution center design layout.
