【摘要】 马克思主义唯物史观认为人民群众是历史的推动者，因此马克思主义最关注的是人的生存与发展，最高理想是实现每个人的自由全面发展。列宁同志在领导俄国革命期间，将改善民生同巩固俄国无产阶级政权结合起来，实行新经济政策，极大地改善了俄国的民生，巩固了新生的无产阶级政权。中国共产党作为一个全心全意为人民服务的无产阶级政党，将马克思列宁主义的民生思想与中国的具体实践相结合，不断改善人民群众生活，走出了具有中国特色的社会主义道路。进入新世纪，以胡锦涛同志为代表的中国共产党新一代领导集体，立足当前中国的具体国情，用马克思主义经典作家的理论为指导，批判继承中国传统文化中的民生思想，借鉴国内外解决民生问题的经验教训，以经济建设为中心，不断解放生产力、发展生产力，更加注重改善民生，着力解决与人民群众切身利益息息相关的经济、政治、社会、文化、生态方面的民生问题，不断提高人民群众的生活水平，从而不断体现社会主义制度的优越性，使全国人民团结在中国共产党的领导下，努力建设具有中国特色的社会主义事业，为最终实现人的自由全面发展的崇高理想而不懈奋斗。本文分三个部分，第一部分追溯了胡锦涛民生思想产生的理论渊源，既包括马克思主义经典作家的民生思想，也包括中国传统文化中的民生思想；第二部分论述了胡锦涛民生思想的主要内容，首先论述了胡锦涛民生思想产生的背景，既包括时代背景，也包括个人背景，其次论述了胡锦涛民生思想的构成，最后论述了胡锦涛民生思想的核心特点；第三部分论述了胡锦涛民生思想的伟大实践与重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Marxist historical materialism people is the history of the facilitator,so the most concerning of Marxism is the person’s survival anddevelopment, the highest ideal is to achieve each people’s free and overalldevelopment.
