【摘要】 武汉出武昌、汉口以及汉阳三镇组成,处江、汉两水交汇之地,襟江带河,当南北之要冲、东西之枢纽,“九省通衢,夙称繁剧而万民托命”,自古便为长江中游地区的政治、军事重镇以及交通、贸易中心,无论在我国的历史中还是在地里位置上都是一座十分重要的城市。在“中部崛起”的呼声之下,我国对中部中心城市的建设投入了极大的热情,特别是对武汉的城市建设愈发重视。而为了更好的建设武汉这座城市,我们必须了解及把握住它的城市发展脉络。所以,对这座城市的建设史之研究,也随之受到更多的关注。城市建设的管理机构——市政机构的建设管理部门对城市及其建筑的形态、品质等具有根本性的影响,城市建设的依据——建筑法规以及使城市建设合理有序进行的管理方法——建设管理制度在很大程度上塑造了城市与建筑的结构。以上三者共同构成了一座城市的建设管理体系。由此可见,在我们对武汉的城市建设史进行深入探索之时,对它的建设管理体系的研究是必不可少的。而从有关文献档案中可以发现,中国近代这一历史时间段,是我国各大城市建设管理体系形成以及大发展的时期。本文以近代武汉市政机构的建设管理、建设管理制度以及建筑法规为研究内容,希望通过对其的整理分析,对近代武汉乃至全中国的建设管理体系的形成和发展历程进行一定程度上的整理总结,并对其的历史地位进行探讨,进而以建设管理体系这一出发点对武汉建筑史的研究作出探索。文章认为,厘清历史真貌、总结前人经验的作用不仅在于史学研究,还有助于我们理解今日建筑活动中的种种现象。更多还原

【Abstract】 Wuhan, composed by the three towns of Wu chang, Han kou and Han yang, located at the intersection of the Yangtze River and Han-water, and it is the hub of the north, south, east and west. Having a important position and being wealthy, Wuhan has raised the people, since ancient times, it has been a political and military town as well as a transport and trade center to the middle reaches of the Yangtze River region’s. It is a very important city in both the history and the location.In the voice of "Rise of Central China," our country has invested a great deal of enthusiasm to China’s construction of the central central city, especially paid an increasing attention to its city construction. In order to constructing Wuhan better, we must understand and grasp its urban development context, therefore, research on the history of city’s urban and architectural construction will also receive more attention.Management agency for urban construction-municipal institution-building departments has a fundamental impact on the city and its architectural form, quality, etc.. the basis of urban construction---building codes as well as management methods that make the conduct reasonable and order---building management system to a large extent has shaped the structure of the urban and architectural, and these three together constitute the city’s building management system. Thus, in the history of urban construction in Wuhan, deep exploration into its building management system is essential. Seen from relevant documents and files, this historical period in Modern China is the period of the building management system formation and development of China’s major cities.This paper has studied on Wuhan municipal construction management, sorting and summarizing on the formation and course of development of the modern Wuhan, even of the whole country’s building management system, then to explore its historical position, in this way can we make some exploration to the study upon Wuhan architectural history, from the starting point of the building management system. Therefore states that to clarify the history of the true features of previous experience not only does good to historical research, but also help us understand the phenomena in today’s construction activities.更多还原
