武汉大学近代历史建筑营造及修复技术研究

【摘要】 历史建筑是城市历史和文化的载体,保存着人类的集体记忆。在全社会都关注和理解历史建筑保护的今天,我们要深刻的认识到历史建筑对于城市生活和文化的重要意义。理解历史建筑成长过程是尊重历史建筑原貌,用现代的技术手段对其进行保护,使其得以长久的留存。在了解历史建筑的营造过程的背景下对历史建筑进行修复保证了历史建筑的可持续发展。中国近代史是一段中西文化交融的时期,1840年随着西方列强行打开我国国门,从此拉开了我国近代历史的序幕,也使得西方先进营造技术被引入植入,与中国传统的建筑营造发生了交融和碰撞,导致新的建筑建筑样式和营造技术的产生,对我国现代建筑技术的体系产生造成了巨大的影响。同时基于对该阶段营造技术的研究,对现阶段对近代历史建筑的保护和修复提出新的看法。武汉大学作为近代历史建筑发展过程中一种特殊类型,集合了将西方先进营造技术和中国本土建筑样式进行融合,是中国建筑走向现代化的一个极其重要过程。本文以武汉大学近代历史建筑群为研究对象。重点是针对武汉大学近代历史建筑特有的和当时先进的营造技术进行研究,在深入了解的基础上,在进行修复技术研究。本研究由三个主要部分构成,分为:背景综述、营造技术研究、修复技术研究。背景研究主要从中国近代建筑思潮和营造技术演变的角度出发,从历史角度深入总结了武汉大学近代历史建筑产生的根源,然后再从建设历程、单体特色和构件特色等几个角度对武汉大学近代历史建筑进行了详细的论述。营造技术研究从基础工程、屋架工程、围护体系工程、主体结构工程等方面先进的营造技术进行了相关的论述和总结,用实例来论述武汉大学近代建筑营造技术的先进性,以及近代营造技术体系的产生和发展过程。修复技术研究部分在第二章的基础上从基础工程、屋架工程、围护体系工程、主体结构工程等方面出发对武汉大学近代建筑的相关节点——钢筋混凝土基础、组合钢屋架、三铰拱钢屋架、人造墙体、等结构体系提出相应的修复加固措施。结合国内外先进的修复实例和技术,针对武大历史建筑的特点和修复原则下提出的一种可行性的技术措施。

【Abstract】 Historic building is the carrier for history and culture, saving humanity’s collective memory. Recently, the whole society pay attention to historical architecture protection today, we should be deeply aware of historical architecture to city life and culture significance. Understanding the historical building up process is displaying the respect for the history original construction, with modern technical means to protect it, making sure that it can be long-term retention. Understanding of the history of building can create a process under the background of historical building repairing to ensure sustainable development of historic buildings.Chinese early-modern history is a blend of Chinese and Western culture after1840, along with the western column forced open the door of our country, with Chinese early modern history is beginning, it also make the western advanced construction technology was introduced into China, with traditional construction occurred problems, lead to new building styles and construction technology produce, on China’s modern architectural technology system has caused a huge influence. At the same time, in the angle for the technology research, to give new ideas to the modern historic building protection and restoration.Wuhan University is a special type of early-modern history building in the process of the development of architecture technology, a collection of western advanced construction technology blending with Chinese local architectural style integration, it is an extremely important process during Chinese construction modernization. This paper takes modern history buildings in Wuhan University as research object, Focused on the modern history of Wuhan University building special and then advanced construction technology research, deeply understanding on the basis, in the repair technology research.This study consists of three major parts, divided into:background review, architectural technology research, repairing technology research.The first part is the research for background, mainly from Chinese modern architectural thoughts, creating technical evolution perspective, and from a historical point of view, to sum he root causes of the historical building of Wuhan University. Then from the view of the construction process, the characteristic of the monomer, the paper describe the history buildings in Wuhan University. The second part is technology research, from basic engineering, truss, enclosure system engineering, structure engineering, advanced construction technology are described and summarized by the Wuhan University, to discuss modern construction technology advanced, as well as modern building technology system developing and producing process.The third part is the study on repair technology, based on the second chapter from the foundation works, truss, enclosure system engineering, structure engineering and other aspects of modern architecture of Wuhan University related nodes-reinforced concrete foundation, combined steel truss, three hinged arch steel roof, wall, artificial structure system corresponding reinforcement and repairing measures. At last, according to the characteristic of the history buildings and principle of building repair, to give new points of feasibility of measures with combination of domestic and foreign advanced repair examples.
