多层缠绕折线卷筒导向垫块对钢丝绳磨损影响分析

【摘要】 随着我国经济格局的调整和转变,港口服务、海洋工程正成为我国经济发展的重点领域。大型起重机械是港口货物装卸和海洋工程的重要装备,随着起升吨位和服务范围的要求越来越高,大吨位、高扬程的起重机已经成为现代港口装卸和海洋工程服务的关键设备。研究具有较小尺寸的大容绳的多层卷绕系统是目前大型起重机的热点问题。其中多层卷绕卷筒的构造是实现高质量多层卷绕的关键。导向垫块是多层卷绕卷筒上的重要部件,其对卷筒钢丝绳的卷绕性能具有重要的影响。本文以武汉理工大学与日本合作研究项目——多层卷绕钢丝绳—滑轮磨损试验研究为依据,以项目试验中的卷筒及垫块作为研究对象。运用有限元分析软件ADAMS来模拟多层缠绕钢丝绳卷筒工作时的受力,以及模拟不同导向垫块作用下的钢丝绳受力,对导向垫块的形状与钢丝绳的使用寿命之间的影响关系进行了细致的研究,为多层卷绕钢丝绳卷筒设计中导向垫块尺寸的合理选择提供依据。本文所做的主要工作有:(1)介绍了几种不同卷筒及其强度计算方法,推导了钢丝绳缠绕在卷筒上时的张力计算公式。通过钢丝绳—滑轮磨损试验装置,分析了导向垫块对钢丝绳的磨损影响。(2)构建了卷筒的3维模型和钢丝绳在卷筒上缠绕模型,分析了导向垫块在钢丝绳换层过程中起的作用,得出了钢丝绳与导向垫块的接触轨迹,为钢丝绳的受力分析打下基础。(3)利用ADAMS软件分析导向垫块与钢丝绳接触的问题,并与钢丝绳—滑轮试验所得的结果相比较,按照试验中对导向垫块的修改,在模型中做出相应的调整,再进行仿真分析,得出了钢丝绳寿命延长在仿真技术上的支持。对导向垫块与提高钢丝绳工作寿命的关联问题,提出了几点个人意见。

【Abstract】 Along with our country’s economy pattern adjust and change,port service, ocean engineering is becoming the key areas in China. Large hoisting machinery is an important equipment in port which used by cargo handling and Marine engineering, with the lifting of tonnage and service range of demand is higher and higher,large tonnage, high-lift crane has become an important equipment in modern port that loading and unloading. Research a small size and big volume multilayer winding system is a hot issue.The key is the structure of the multilayer coiling wire rope drum.Guide plate is the important part of the drum,it has important influence on the crosswinding functions of the wire rope. Based on the wear test of the multilayer coiling wire rope-pulley,whicn is developed by WHUT and Japan, the influence relation between shape of guide plate and service life of wire rope is researched particularly.In this paper, the research object are the drum and guide plate used in the project. The force condition of the multilayer coiling wire rope drum is simulated by the Finite Element Analysis Software ADAMS, and the force on the wire rope is also simulated under the condition of different guide plate, this can provide evidence for the reasonable selection of the size of the reasonable selection.This thesis main jobs:(1) Introduce several different types of drums, deduce the wire rope around the tension on the drum calculation formula. Introduce wire rope-pulley wear test, and analysis the influence of fray of the wire rope by the guide plate.(2) According to the actual size, use software build the model of the drum, and make wire rope rolling around on the model,introduce the guide plate’s function when the wire rope change layer,make us kown how the wire rope contact with the guide plate, lay the foundation for the analysis of force on the wire rope.(3) Summary wire rope-pulley test about the guide plate in the test data, use ADAMS analysis the problem of the contact between guide plate and wire rope, and compare the platform data with the results, according to the guide plate’s modified, the model make corresponding adjustment, and then proceed the simulation analysis,the improve of wire rope’s service life obtain simulation technology support. To improve the service life of the wire rope, and put forward some personal opinions in the direction of guide plate.
