【摘要】 研究目的本研究的目的在于通过分析补肾活血汤治疗老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折PKP术后的临床疗效,从而初步探讨其改善老年性骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折PKP术后患者临床症状和体征的作用机理及发病机制。研究方法采用随机对照临床试验设计,将60例符合病例选择标准的原发性骨质疏松性胸腰椎体压缩性骨折PKP术后患者随机设立治疗组、对照组。治疗组予以口服补肾活血汤；对照组予以口服仙灵骨葆胶囊。一个疗程共6周,根据患者的检查,如实记录患者情况,并分别于治疗前、治疗后一周、治疗后三周、治疗后六周进行两组症状及体征积分和总评分比较与分析,进行疗效评价,并用spss16.0进行统计学处理分析。研究结果1、治疗组与对照组治疗前各因素及各指标(性别、年龄、骨密度、中医症候等)比较均未见显著性差异(P>0.05)。2、两组患者中医症候、总积分、VAS评分在治疗3周、治疗1周、治疗前之间相互比较均未见显著性差异(P>0.05)。3、治疗6周后两组患者的中医症候总积分与治疗前及治疗后一周比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组患者的腰膝酸软症状与治疗前比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论1、补肾活血汤和仙灵骨葆胶囊均能有效改善老年性骨质疏松性胸腰椎体压缩骨折患者PKP术后残余的临床症状和体征。2、补肾活血汤安全、有效、价格便宜,值得在临床上进一步研究和推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Research Objective:The purpose of this study is through the analysis of Bushen Huoxue Decoction in treating senile osteoporosis vertebral compression fracture postoperative PKP clinical curative effect, thus to explore the improvement of elderly osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures in patients after PKP clinical symptoms and signs of the mechanism of action and pathogenesis.Research methods:Methods:a randomized controlled clinical trial design,60cases consistent with the criteria for case selection of primary osteoporosis chest lumbar vertebra body compressibility fracture patients after PKP treatment group, control group randomly set up. The treatment group to oral administration of Bushen Huoxue Decoction; control group was treated with oral Xianlinggubao capsule. A course of6weeks, according to the examination of patients, truthfully record the patients condition, and respectively before treatment, after treatment for a week, after three weeks of treatment, the treatment group was two weeks after the symptoms and signs of score and total score of comparison and analysis, evaluate the curative effect, and use SPSS16.0to deal with statistics analysis.The research results:1、The treatment group and the control group before treatment factors and indexes (gender, age, bone mineral density in traditional Chinese medicine.) were observed no significant difference (P>0.05).2、In two groups of patients with traditional Chinese medicine, total score, VAS score at3weeks of treatment, treatment for1weeks, before treatment between the comparison showed no significant difference (P>0.05).3、6weeks after treatment in two groups of patients with general integral of TCM symptoms and treatment before and one week after treatment there was a significant difference (P<0.05), the treatment group patients Yaoxisuanruan symptoms compared with before treatment had significant difference(P<0.05)Conclusion:1、Kidney and Activating Blood Decoction and Xianlinggubao capsule can effectively improve the elderly osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fracture patients after PKP residual clinical symptoms and signs. 2、Tang Anquan, invigorating the kidney and promoting blood circulation, effective, cheap price, it is worth further study and clinical use.更多还原
