“体用结合”教学模式应用于太极拳教学的实践研究

【摘要】 本文通过文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、教学实验法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对太极拳教学进行“体”、“用”结合的实验改革研究。通过在常规太极拳教学模式中加入推手基本技术的教学,构建出“体用结合”的太极拳教学模式,包括目标模式、单元教学模式和评价模式,并应用之于教学实践。本研究以贵州财经大学2011级新生两个班级,每个班各60人为研究对象,分别随即抽样确定一个班为实验班,一个为对照班。实验时间为2011年9月初至2011年12月底。实验班采用“体用结合”的教学模式进行教学;对照班采用常规教学模式进行教学,教学时数均为36学时,一个学期结束后对两个班进行教学效果的比较分析,实验结果显示:实验班教学效果明显优于对照班,具体结论如下:1“体用结合”教学模式使学生了解了太极拳的完整性和实质,提高了练习太极拳的健身效果2“体用结合”教学模式有助于学生更好的理解太极拳拳理,提高了学、练太极拳的兴趣3“体用结合”教学模式能提高学生自主学习太极拳的能力4“体用结合”教学模式使大学生更持久的主动学习太极拳5“体用结合”教学模式提高了学生的自信心和人际交往能力6“体用结合”教学模式可以完成基本技术的教学目标

【Abstract】 This article through the literature material method, expert interview, questionnaire, teaching experiment method, mathematical statistics, logic analysis and other methods, the taijiquan teaching "body","use" of the combination of the reform of experiment research. Through conventional taijiquan teaching mode in the teaching of basic technology to push, constructed the "body with combination" of tai chi chuan teaching mode, including target mode, teaching mode and evaluation unit model, and the application in teaching practice. This study to guizhou university of finance and economics2011freshmen in two classes, each class each60people research object, then define a sampling respectively class as workshops, a for that in comparative classes. The time for early September2011to2011the end of December. The experimental classes "body with combination" teaching mode teaching; That in comparative classes with normal teaching model of teaching, teaching hours are for36hours, after a semester of two classes teaching effect the comparative analysis, the results show that:experimental classes of teaching effect is obviously superior to that in comparative classes, specific conclusions are as follows:1"Combining the Ontology Function" teaching mode to make the students understand the essence and the integrity of the tai chi, improve the practice of taijiquan fitness results2"Combining the Ontology Function" teaching mode help students better understand all tai chi alone, improve the learning and practice taijiquan interest3"Combining the Ontology Function" teaching mode can improve students’autonomous learning ability of tai chi chuan4"Combining the Ontology Function" teaching mode that college students more lasting actively learn tai chi5"Combining the Ontology Function" teaching mode improves students’ self-confidence and interpersonal skills6"Combining the Ontology Function" teaching mode can complete basic techniques of the teaching.
