【摘要】 中国县级电视台经过近30年的发展历程后,已经成为四级办电视体制中必不可少的一部分,安徽省内的县级电视台同全国大多数县级电视台一样,相比省级和国家级电视台而言,受制多实力弱,除了政策和播出地域的限制外,还要面对中央和省级电视台内容资源的竞争,在资源、资金、人才、技术、管理等方面均存在诸多问题,因此导致县级电视台的发展陷入收视率低影响力有限的困境,面对严峻的媒介生态环境,在当前媒介融合的背景下,县级电视台只有探索出适合自己的发展路径和方向,才能在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地。本文在安徽省县级电视台发展现状的基础上,以怀远电视台为个案,通过调查举证分析其发展中存在的问题,并试图找出安徽省县级电视台今后改革的方向。论文主体分为六个部分：第一部分引言,通过对县级电视台历史沿革进行梳理阐明对县级电视台的生存与发展进行理论研究的意义,并提出以怀远县作为研究个案的价值,以及论文的研究思路与方法。第二部分是梳理中国县级电视台的历史沿革,从1983-2003年分为四个发展阶段。第三部分是分析怀远电视台的现状与困境并概述安徽省县级电视台的生存与发展现状。第四部分是以怀远电视台做为个案进行研究分析,结合图表和问卷调查分析其存在的问题并提出改革建议。第五部分是在研究分析的基础上对安徽省县级电视台的总体发展,提出解决问题的对策与建议,以期提供学术参考。第六部分是结语。更多还原

【Abstract】 after nearly30years of the development process, China’s county-level television has become an integral part of China’s Television Systems. County-level TV stations in Anhui Province and county level TV stations of other provinces and cities, as opposed to provincial, national television, the weaker and more restricted. In addition to the policies and broadcast geographical constraints, but also the face of competition from central and provincial television for content resource, so county-level television has many problems in program resources,capital, human resources, technology and management. So, these cause county-level television ratings have been poor, the influence is also quite limited. Face tough media environment in the context of the current media convergence, the county-level television only to explore its own development path and direction in order to remain invincible in the fierce market competition.On the basis of the development status of Anhui Province, county-level television Huaiyuan television as a case analysis of the problems in its development, through the investigation of proof, and trying to figure out the direction of future reforms of the county-level TV stations in Anhui Province.The main thesis is divided into six parts:the first part of the introduction to clarify the significance of theoretical studies on the survival and development of county-level television, to sort out the history of the county-level television and the value of Huaiyuan County as a case study, as well as papers research ideas and methods. The second part of the History of combing Chinese county-level television, is divided into four stages of development from1983-2003. The third part is the analysis of the current situation and difficulties of Huaiyuan TV station and an overview of Anhui province county level television station’s survival and development.; The fourth part is to take the Huaiyuan television station as a case study analysis, combined with charts and questionnaire and analysis of its problems and puts forward the reform proposal. The fifth part is at the overall development of the county-level TV stations in Anhui Province on the basis of the research and analysis, proposed solutions to this problem, in order to provide the academic reference.
