【摘要】 党的十七大报告提出,要增强社会主义意识形态的吸引力和凝聚力,这是具有重大战略意义的。在新世纪新阶段,我们要通过增强社会主义意识形态的吸引力和凝聚力,提高主流意识形态对各种思想观念和社会思潮的整合能力,以此来团结和凝聚全体人民为实现党的理想和人民的利益而奋斗,为建设中国特色社会主义提供强大精神动力和思想保证。意识形态是社会上层建筑的重要组成部分,意识形态工作的成效关乎到我国改革、发展和稳定的大局。21世纪,互联网技术的迅速传播和广泛应用把人类带入了信息网络时代,信息网络因其有别于传统信息传播技术的优越性对意识形态领域产生了深远而复杂的影响。随着互联网在我国的发展,党和国家高度重视,网络意识形态阵地建设取得了一系列成就。信息网络为我国社会主义意识形态建设提供了新的契机,成为我国社会主义意识形态传播的新工具,同时也搭建一个借鉴世界各国意识形态工作经验的新平台,进一步增强人们对社会主义意识形态的认同。但与此同时,我国社会主义意识形态建设面临着西方资本主义文化网络渗透和意识形态多元化等的威胁和冲击,同时,我国社会的快速发展和深刻转型、广大人民群众思想观念的变化都使我国社会主义意识形态的构建方式和控制能力受到严峻挑战。这要求我们要在信息网络时代高度重视社会主义意识形态建设,更新工作观念,积极主动地把握网络意识形态工作的主动权,加强网络社会主义意识形态阵地建设,健全社会主义意识形态的传播体制和手段,增强社会主义意识形态的吸引力和凝聚力。本文深入探讨和分析了信息网络时代我国社会主义意识形态工作面临的现实境遇和若干建设途径,全文主要包括前言、正文、结语,共分为六大部分。第一部分：前言。此部分主要介绍了在信息网络时代加强网络意识形态阵地建设重要性；研究的目的和意义；相关研究状况；研究的思路和方法。第二部分：网络时代社会主义意识形态的概述。此部分深入分析了社会主义意识形态的内涵、信息网络在我国的发展历程、重点叙述信息网络与中国社会主义意识形态建设之间的内在联系。第三部分：信息网络对我国社会主义意识形态的影响。此部分着重阐述我国社会主义意识形态在信息网络时代面临着的双重挑战,信息网络的快速发展既为社会主义意识形态的宣传提供了新的契机,又提出了严峻的挑战,并根据实际情况对当前我国的信息网络舆情展开分析。第四部分：信息网络时代世界各国意识形态建设的比较、借鉴。以谷歌事件展开叙述,揭示网络时代意识形态工作的复杂性、借鉴世界各国意识形态工作经验的必要性与重要性以及对我国社会主义意识形态工作的启示。第五部分：网络时代我国社会主义意识形态建设的对策。此部分针对信息网络对我国社会主义意识形态建设所提出的若干方面的挑战,并就如何应对这些挑战,在信息网络时代进行社会主义意识形态建设提出一些基本思路。第六部分：总结全文。阐述要努力做好社会主义网络意识形态工作,丰富和创新意识形态工作的方法与理念,增强社会主义意识形态的吸引力和凝聚力,并指出作者对此问题研究的不足。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to reports of the Seventeenth Party Congress, it is be of great strategic significance to enhance attractiveness and cohesiveness of socialist ideology. In the new stage of new century, by enhancing attractiveness and cohesiveness of socialist ideology, we improve the ability of the mainstream ideology to integrate a variety of ideas and social values, in this way, to unite and cohere all the people for realizing the ideas of the Party and the interests of the people, to provide powerful spiritual motivation and idea guarantee for socialist construction with Chinese characteristics.Ideology is an important part of the social superstructure. The effectiveness of ideological work is closely connected with the overall situation of China’s reform, development and stability. In the21st century, the rapid spread and wide application of the internet technology bring human being into information internet era. Information internet, due to its superiority to the traditional information and communication technology, has far-reaching and complex effects on the field of ideology. With the development of internet in China, the party attaching great importance, there are a series of achievements in network’s ideological position construction. Information network provides a new opportunity for the construction of China’s socialist ideology, becoming new tools for china’s socialist ideology communication, and build a new platform to learn from the experience of the worldwide ideology, to further enhance the identity of the people on the socialist ideology. Meanwhile, the construction of China’s socialist ideology has been facing the threat and impact of western capitalist culture, network penetration and ideological pluralism. The rapid development and profound transformation of our society and the changes in the people’s minds make China’s socialist ideology’s structure and control ability challenged severely, which demand that we emphasize the construction of socialist ideology in the era of information networks, update working concept, actively grasp the initiative of the network ideological work, strengthen the construction of network socialist ideological position, improve the socialist communication system and means, and enhance attractiveness and cohesiveness of socialist ideology.This article, divided into six parts, which mainly contains introduction, body and conclusion, deeply discuss and analyze our country’s socialist ideology facing the reality situation and several construction methods during the era of information network.Part one:introduction. This part mainly introduce the importance of strengthening the construction of network ideology position in the era of information network, the purpose and meaning of the study, relevant study situation, study ideas and methods.Part two:an overview of socialist network in the network era. This part deeply analyze the connotation of socialist ideology, and the developing process of information network in China, focusing on description of the intrinsic link between the information network and the construction of socialist ideology.Part three:the impact of information network on Chinese socialist ideology. This part focus on the dual challenges Chinese socialist ideology faces in the era of information network. The rapid development of information network provides the propaganda of socialist ideology with not only new opportunities but also severe challenges. And it analyze the actual situation on the current public opinion of china’s information network.Part four:the comparison of ideological construction around the world in the era of information network. Narrating google case, it reveal the complexity of the ideological work in the network era, the necessity and importance of learning from the experience of worldwide countries’ideological work and its revelation of China’s socialist ideology.Part five:the solution of china’s socialist ideology construction in the era of information network. This part lists several solution of china’s socialist ideology construction in the era of information network, and some basic ideas how to deal with these challenges in the era of information network.Part six:Conclusion.It explain to strive to do the ideological work of the socialist network, enriching and innovating the methods and philosophy of the ideological work, enhancing attractiveness and cohesiveness of socialist ideology, pointing out the shortage of author’s research.更多还原
