涉农企业知识型员工激励策略研究

【摘要】 随着改革开放的不断深入,农村经济发展势头迅猛。涉农企业作为农村经济的重要组成部分,对我国农业、农村经济以及整个国民社会的健康稳定发展都起到了举足轻重的作用。然而涉农企业的经营管理实践中存在很多的问题,尤其是对于知识型员工的激励问题愈发凸显。在知识经济时代,知识成为经济发展、企业生产经营的主要资本,知识型员工已经成为企业致胜的关键。激励的作用在于激发员工的积极性和创造性,提高工作绩效,实现组织的终极目标。然而,知识型员工与一般员工相比有其独特性,无形中增加了其管理难度。如何更好的激励知识型员工成为众多涉农企业面临的巨大难题。因此,建立一套科学有效的激励策略直接关系到涉农企业能否获得较高的运作效率,能否在不断变化和日趋激烈的竞争中获得生存与发展。本文从最基本的激励理论出发,结合A油脂公司的实际情况,通过问卷调查和访谈对A公司现有激励策略现状的分析,深刻剖析A公司员工激励方面存在的问题和原因,以此来揭示我国涉农企业知识型员工激励中存在的普遍问题。再据此提出了涉农企业知识型员工激励策略。希望本文能够指导实践,切实解决像A公司这样的涉农企业在知识型员工激励方面的相关问题。

【Abstract】 With the reform and opening policy going in-depth, the economy in rural areas grows rapidly. As the crucial component of rural economy, agro-linked enterprises play a predominant role in the healthy and stable development of our country’s agriculture, rural economy and the society as a whole. While there are a great deal of difficulties in the operation and management of agro-linked enterprises when theories are put into practice and the motivation of knowledge workers is becoming especially complex and more important.In knowledge economy, with knowledge becoming the main capital of economic development, enterprise production and operation, knowledge workers are the key factor to survive the fierce competition. Incentive mechanisms encourage staff to be active, creative and more efficient so as to achieve the ultimate goal of the company. Compared with the average workers, however, knowledge workers have their own uniqueness, which makes the management of them an even greater challenge. A large number of agro-linked enterprises are facing the huge problem of how to motivate knowledge workers in a more effective way. Therefore, to establish a set of scientific and effective incentive strategies is closely related to whether the agro-linked enterprises can obtain fairly high operation efficiency, and whether they can survive and grow in the constantly changing and increasingly intense competition.Based on the basic incentive theories, the thesis thoroughly analyses the status quo of our country’s incentive strategies in agro-linked enterprises and the causes of the problem. Combined with the actual situation of the oil company A, the thesis makes profound analysis of the incentive problems existing in the company by questionnaire surveys and interviews, according to which the practical strategies of motivating knowledge workers fit for the company A are put forward. May the thesis guide the practice, and properly resolve the problems related to motivating knowledge workers in agro-linked enterprises as in company A.
