【摘要】 城市森林是城市生态系统的初级生产者,对于城市系统的可持续发展具有重要作用,维护和提高城市森林生态服务价值是实现城市可持续发展的基础；而居住区绿地作为城市森林的有机组成部分,其核心内容就是居住区城市森林生态服务价值的实现和提升。因此,运用城市森林生态服务价值来指导居住区绿地的规划,同时优化居住区绿地中的生态服务价值,又具有积极的现实意义。本文首先介绍了国内外有关城市森林生态服务价值的研究现状,在阐述城市森林以及城市森林生态服务价值相关概念的基础上,比较分析了不同的评估方法,并重点描述和分析了本文采用的生态服务价值评估方法——条件价值法(CVM),系统地研究了这种方法的内涵及适用条件等；同时,论述了城市规划的理论,以及居住区绿地规划的基本指导思想、原则和方法,从而搭建了本文的理论框架。其次,分析了现今居住区绿地规划的现状,以及因为忽视城市森林生态服务价值带来的问题。针对长沙市城市森林中居住区绿地的发展,主要对比分析了保利.麓谷林语和麓谷.可可小城两个居住区的绿地建设与房价的关系,并分析评估了保利.麓谷林语居住区绿地的生态服务价值,之后利用实例分析了长沙市保利.麓谷林语、八方小区和上海城小区的绿地规划,为城市森林生态服务价值在居住区绿地规划中应用的研究提供了科学的现实依据。最后结合居住区绿地建设的实际情况和目标,遵循居住区绿地规划的基本理念、原则和方法,建立起基于城市森林生态服务价值指导下的居住区绿地规划模式,突出优化居住区绿地中城市森林生态服务价值的对策,从而总结了更有效地经营和管理城市森林生态服务价值的参考建议,为城市森林的可持续发展提供一种新的实用分析方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Urban forest is the primary producers of urban ecosystem, which is an important role in the system for cities of sustainable development, uphold and improve the ecological value of the urban services is to achieve sustainable development of city. And residential area as the organic part of the forest, implementing and upgrading of the urban forest ecosystem services value is its core content in the residential area. Therefore, it is positive realistic significance of using the forestry ecological value of the urban services to residential area of planning guidelines, while optimizing the value of ecosystem services in the green residential area.First, this paper on the research status of the urban forest ecosystem service value, and introduces the concept of urban forest and urban forest ecosystem service value. It based on a comparative analysis of different assessment methods, and focus on the description and analysis of the ecological value assessment method-Contingent Valuation Method (CVM), and the meaning and application conditions of this approach; At the same time, discusses the city planning theory, as well as the Greenland Landscape of residential district planning basic guiding ideology, principles and methods, so as to build the theoretical framework of this thesis.Secondly, analysis of the current situation of residential green space planning, and because of the neglect of city forest ecological services value problems.In Changsha City Forest in the residential area of green space development.for the development of the Changsha City urban forest green residential area, the main contrast the relationship between the green building and house prices in Poly Lugulinyu and Lugu Kekexiaocheng, and analysis and assessment of the value of the greenbelt in Poly Lugulinyu then use an instance of Poly Lugulinyu&Plus district&Shanghai city district green space planning, providing a realistic basis in the urban forest ecosystem services value of the green residential area planning applications.Finally, follow the basic concepts, principles and methods for green residential area planning, and establish a planning model based on the value of ecosystem services under the guidance of urban forest green residential area, summarizing the reference proposal to operate and manage more effectively the urban forest ecosystem services value, to provide a new and practical analysis method to the sustainable development of the urban forest.更多还原
