【摘要】 随着我国城市化快速发展的需求,城市高层集合住宅的设计和建设增长较快。然而高层集合住宅的设计面临着许多挑战,如何解决高密度居住中交通、交往、安全是高层集合住宅设计的一个重要问题。本研究在对我国高层集合住宅的发展进行概述的同时,提出我国现阶段高层集合住宅内部公共交通空间发展现状、特点及亟待解决的问题。本研究着眼于高层住宅中的公共交通空间,通过对大连市广泛的调查研究,分析其演变规律,总结归纳其设计发展策略。提出以图示化的方法对高层集合住宅内部公共交通空间进行评价。本研究针对当今高层集合住宅内部公共交通空间设计中常见的“最经济原则”进行剖析,概括分析了各个时期不同类型的平面形式,探讨和归纳了内部公共交通空间的发展演变及其影响因素。分析比较高层集合住宅内部公共交通空间构成要素以及组合方式,并评价其防火疏散的利弊以及适应于规范要求的有效性。研究中着眼于内部公共交通空间的人性化设计,从安全性及舒适性两方面着手分析各个要素在实际使用中对使用者产生的影响。对调研中的案例进行分类,运用图示化的语言针对内部公共交通空间总体、垂直交通、水平交通及门厅进行详细的剖析,并提出适宜性的设计策略方案。本研究采用大量实地调研、相关因子评估,以及图示化的方法进行研究。并结合国内外优秀案例进行分析,旨在提出安全、节约、高效、宜居的优化设计策略,为今后我国特别是大连地区高层集合住宅的优化设计提供有意义的参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Design and construction of high residence is increasing rapidly along with the fast-developing of Chinese urbanization. Whereas, there are many challenges. The key of high residence design is to solve the problem of traffic, communion and security. This investigation specifies the existing circumstances, feature and problem of public traffic space of Chinese high residence presently. Meanwhile, the evolution of Chinese high residence has also been summarized.This thesis focuses on the public traffic space of high residence. By comprehensive investigating of high residence in Dalian municipality, the development strategy of design has been generalized and the law of development has also been analyzed. Graphics has been suggested to assess the public traffic space of high residence.This thesis parses maximum economic principle which is widespread in the design of public traffic space of high residence nowadays, as well as analyzes various flat shapes in each period and influence factor of its development. A variety of element and combination of public traffic space has been compared in order that merit and demerit of evacuation and compliance to rules could be evaluated.Humanized design of public traffic space is motif of this thesis. Influence to resident which is made when various elements were used is analyzed from the way of security and comfort. Secondly, cases from effective survey are classified. Graphics has been used to space; vertical traffic and level traffic of parse the public traffic space of high residence in order to bring up optimum design projectEffective survey, element assessing and graphics are largely used in this thesis. Cases home and abroad have also been studied. The motive is to provide significant consult for optimization of high residence design and strategy of optimal design which is security, economization, high efficiency and amenity.更多还原
