改性沥青SMA路面现场热再生工艺研究

【摘要】 改革开放以来,我国公路建设事业得到了迅速发展,但随着我国公路建设事业高速发展,路面养护方面的问题也逐渐显现出来。早期修建的沥青混凝土路面经过多年的使用,其面层变薄并且老化,出现诸如网裂、沉陷、车辙、拥包等病害并逐步扩展,严重影响行车安全。温拌—再生技术具有经济效率高、环境污染小、节能减排效果显著等特点。为了满足国家加强节能减排和推动循环经济发展的要求,需要大力发展路面温拌—再生技术。目前国内外对于温拌—再生技术的研究还很少,尤其是对于改性沥青SMA路面的温拌—再生技术的研究更是空白。本文以某高速公路辽阳段K44+600-K46+750右幅第三车道现场热再生项目为依托,对改性沥青SMA路面的温拌—再生技术进行研究。首先,对某高速公路目前的道路状况进行了观测,找到其最大的病害所在,并提出了处理办法。其次,分析了SBS改性沥青的老化机理和再生剂的再生机理;试验确定了温拌—再生改性沥青SMA混合料的最佳拌合温度;通过旧路面材料与四种再生改性沥青SMA混合料的路用性能指标、疲劳性能指标的对比研究提出了在改性沥青SMA混合料再生过程中添加温拌剂DAT和新纤维的必要性。最后,在保证现场热再生施工效率的情况下,提出了温拌剂、新纤维的添加工艺和现场热再生施工的技术控制要点。

【Abstract】 Since reform and opening, highway construction business in China have developed rapidly, but with the rapid development of highway construction business in China, the problems of pavement maintenance had emerged gradually at the same time. After so many years’usage, the asphalt mixture pavement surface course during early age had thinned out and aged. The pavement had appeared many diseases, such as net-shaped cracks, settlement, rutting, folding and so on. With these diseases extending gradually, the security of driving has been seriously influenced.The technology of warm mix-recycled asphalt mixture has many characteristics, which are higher economic efficiency, smaller environmental pollution, more remarkable of energy conservation and emission reduction effect, etc. In order to meet the state strategic requirements of strengthening energy conservation and emission reduction and promoting circulation economy development, our country need to rapidly develop warm mix-recycled asphalt mixture technology. Nowadays there is a little research on warm mix-recycled asphalt mixture technology, especially on warm mix-recycled modified asphalt SMA mixture technology, which is blank.This study is based on the hot in-place recycling project of the third lane right roadway on Liaoyang section of a highway, from K44+600to K46+750. In this project, we study on the warm mix-recycled modified asphalt SMA mixture technology. First of all, we have observed the current using status of the highway. Then we have found the most seriously disease of the highway and brought forward the disposal way. In the second place, we have analyzed the aging mechanism and regeneration mechanism of SBS modified asphalt; we have determined the best temperature of warm mix-recycled modified asphalt SMA mixture through the test; we have proposed the necessity of adding DAT and new fiber on the regenerative process of warm mix-recycled modified asphalt SMA mixture, which is based on the comparison result of pavement performance indexes and fatigue property indexes. In the last place, we have proposed adding process of DAT and new fiber. We also have proposed the technology controlling points of hot recycling construction, both of which are under the situation of ensuring construction efficiency.
