填充墙对框架结构抗震性能的影响

【摘要】 我国是世界上地震灾害频发的国家,钢筋混凝土框架结构作为我国目前最为广泛采用的建筑结构体系之一,在2008年的“5·12”汶川地震中表现出地震易损性较高的问题,因此对其抗震性能的研究极为重要。又因在框架结构的抗震破坏中填充墙的破坏是一突出问题,由于在我国当前的设计中,框架结构中填充墙的布置多数是建筑师确定的,其主要是依据建筑使用功能的要求,因此我国的框架结构房屋中经常会出现填充墙随意布置、平面布置严重不对称、竖向布置严重不连续等情况;同时根据我国现行的抗震设计规范,目前在进行框架结构设计时没有充分考虑填充墙对结构抗震性能的影响。基于以上原因,研究填充墙对框架结构抗震性能的影响,并将其应用在新建框架结构或框架结构的加固设计中,具有重要的现实意义。作为世界上地震灾害最频繁的国家,日本的结构抗震研究处于世界领先水平。本文借鉴日本的钢筋混凝土抗震鉴定标准中对抗震墙框架结构的抗震鉴定方法(三阶段抗震鉴定Is方法),对框架结构中填充墙的抗震性能进行研究分析,并提出我国对现有填充墙框架结构抗震鉴定的一些建议。主要工作包括以下几个方面:首先,本文将以2008年的“5·12”汶川地震中都江堰某住宅小区中的一框架结构为例,采用日本三阶段抗震鉴定Is方法对其在不考虑和考虑填充墙的情况下分别进行第一级和第二级鉴定。对纯框架结构和填充墙框架结构的鉴定结果进行比较分析,说明填充墙对框架结构抗侧能力的影响。其次,借鉴日本的抗震鉴定规范,初步提出适用于我国的框架结构的抗震鉴定方法。采用该方法对同一框架结构进行第一级和第二级鉴定。将其鉴定结果与按日本方法计算时的结果相比较,分析该方法在我国的可行性。本文的研究成果,可用于填充墙对框架结构抗震性能影响的研究,也可作为完善我国钢筋混凝土框架结构抗震鉴定方法的参考。

【Abstract】 China is one of the countries where earthquake disasters happen frequently. The reinforced concrete frame structure, as one of the most widely applied structure systems in our country, exposed the problem of seismic vulnerability in "5.12"Wenchuan earthquake in2008. Therefore it is necessary to intensify the research for its seismic evaluation. One prominent problem among those of the seismic vulnerability of the reinforced concrete frame structure is infilled wall. Due to the design of layout of most filler wall is made by architects according to its function in our country, the cases such as the random layout of filler wall, severe dissymmetrry of plane layout and discontinuous vertical layout, etc. often happen. And according to China’s current seismic design standard, the underestimation of the impact of filler wall on frame structure’s seismic performance exists commonly in China. Based on the causes above, the research about the effect of filler wall on frame structure’s seismic performance and applying the research results in the future framework structure or frame structure reinforcement design have important practical significance.As a country where earthquake disasters occur most frequently in the world, Japan’s structure seismic research is advanced in the world. Therefore, this paper, based on the aseismatic appraisal method (three phase aseismatic appraisal method Is)of Japanese standard about aseismatic appraisal of RC frame-wall structure, analyses the seismic capability of filler wall and puts forward some suggestions for reference on the evaluation of earthquake resistant capability of existing frame constructions. The main contents include the following aspects:Firstly, taking a typical frame structure of one residential area in Dujiangyan ruined in "5.12"Wenchuan earthquake in2008as an example, applying the Japanese three phase aseismatic appraisal method Is, this paper conducts the First and Second Class Evaluation on the frame structure under the conditions of with and without filler wall. A comparative analysis is done on the evaluation result of pure frame construction and frame construction with filler wall. The influence of filler wall on the lateral resistant ability of frame construction is also explained. Secondly, drawing on the experience of Japanese aseismatic appraisal regulations, this thesis proposes a method which is applicable to our frame structure. It is to make the First and Second Class Evaluation on the same frame structure first, and to compare the appraisal results getting from two different methods (mine and Japanese)afterwards, finally, to analyze its feasibility in our country.The results of this thesis can be not only applied to the research about the influence of filler wall on frame structure’s seismic performance, but also used as the reference for perfecting our aseismatic appraisal method of RC frame constructions.
