瓦斯隧道施工安全风险管理及应用研究

【摘要】 随着我国西部开发的实施,许多瓦斯隧道正在或将要被修建。为了保障瓦斯隧道的施工安全,有必要开展瓦斯隧道施工安全及应用研究。论文紧密结合兰渝铁路肖家梁隧道的建设,系统总结了煤系地层与非煤系地层瓦斯的成因、赋存与运移规律、煤与瓦斯突出机理及其对隧道工程的危害;研究了瓦斯隧道施工安全风险分析、评估、控制、监测等的理论和方法;深入调查研究了肖家梁隧道所处的区域地质环境具备天然气沿构造裂隙运移至洞身形成瓦斯隧道的条件,对比分析了非煤系地层瓦斯隧道与煤系地层瓦斯隧道的风险因素,采用模糊数学评价方法,对肖家梁隧道进行了风险评估;通过肖家梁隧道的建设实践,总结形成了隧道瓦斯监测、施工通风、火源控制、设备防爆改装、隔离瓦斯等综合防灾技术体系和方法。论文的主要创新点:1、总结了国内外对非煤系地层瓦斯隧道的研究工作,阐述了非煤系地层瓦斯隧道和煤系地层瓦斯隧道均具备瓦斯燃烧、爆炸和突出危险性,提出了“在工程施工中必须树立加强安全风险管理,有效控制瓦斯灾害”的理念。2、应用风险管理的理论,采用现场调查、理论分析、模糊数学评判等方法,对瓦斯隧道的施工安全风险进行了分析评估,并成功应用于兰渝铁路肖家梁隧道建设。3.通过肖家梁隧道的建设实践,总结形成了瓦斯隧道综合防灾技术体系和方法,对今后瓦斯隧道建设有重要参考价值。

【Abstract】 Along with the implementation of the development of the west regions, many gas tunnel is being and to be constructed. In order to ensure the safety of these gas tunnels’ construction, there is a necessity to study on the security risk management and its application in gas tunnels.Closely related to the construction of Xiao Jialiang tunnel, this thesis summarizes the theory of the origin, storage, movement and outburst of gas in coal-bearing strata and non-coal strata, and their hazards to tunnel projects; studies the theory and method of security risk’s analysis, evaluation, control and monitoring in gas tunnels’construction; investigates the regional geological environment in the nearby area of Xiao Jialiang tunnel, in this environment, transported along the tectonic fissures into the tunnel, meeting the condition of formation of gas tunnel; makes a comparative analysis of the risk factors of gas tunnel in non-coal strata gas tunnels, makes and coal-bearing strata of in tunnels and risk management, and assesses the risk of Xiao Jialiang tunnel by adopting fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method; through the fieldwork in Xiao Jialiang tunnel an integrated disaster prevention technology system, consists of gas monitoring, enhanced ventilation, gas isolation, the transformation of mechanical equipment, etc, is introduced.The main innovations points of this thesis are:1. This thesis summarizes the studies on the definition of non-coal strata gas tunnel; demonstrates that gas explosion, combustion, and outburst exist in both coal-bearing strata gas tunnel and non-coal strata gas tunnel; suggests that during the construction of a project, a concept of enhancing the security risk management in order to control the gas hazards must be built.2. By referring to the risk management theory, based on the field investigation, theoretical analysis and fuzzy mathematics judgment method, this thesis analyses and assesses the security risk of gas tunnel during the construction, and successfully applies it in the construction of Xiao Jialiang tunnel.3. Through the practice of the constriction of Xiao Jialiang tunnel, this thesis summarizes an integrated disaster prevention technology system, which has important reference value for future gas tunnel construction.
