地铁车站内部公共空间的场所营造

【摘要】 以地铁车站为中心的城市地下公共空间已经成为城市高密度、立体化发展的核心区域,其场所品质对城市的持续发展具有十分重要的意义。我国地铁车站空间长期以来形成的模式化、同一化的现状,使其本应具有的城市公共空间的场所属性消耗殆尽,沦为“无场所”的空间。人们穿梭于这些片面而急躁的空间中,快速而又麻木,失去了停留的意愿和交流的欲望。如何转变人们对于我国地铁车站空间的固有印象和感受?对地铁车站内部公共空间进行场所营造,探求其场所精神,应该是解决这一问题的有效途径之一。本论文针对我国地铁地下车站空间场所精神缺失的现状,运用理论研究结合实地考察调研的主要手段,综合笔者参与过的一些地铁车站设计经验总结,在对场所营造相关理论充分解读的基础上,解读了地铁车站内部公共空间场所营造的必要性:分析了地铁车站内部公共空间场所感形成所必须具备的适宜的环境条件;阐述了对地铁车站内部公共空间进行场所营造的四个方面:活动、意向、形式和交流。通过相关理论的积淀,提出并解析了地铁车站内部公共空间场所营造的设计原则,即:整体性原则、多样化原则、人性化原则与个性化原则。最后,论文结合理论与实践经验,对营造地铁车站内部空间场所的重要设计措施进行了研究,形成了较为完整的营造策略,便于地铁车站空间及时寻找到设计的切入点,从而激活场所营造的动力。

【Abstract】 The development of city-oriented underground public space, the quality of which means much to the future sustainable development of a city, has become a core part of the high-density three-dimensional development of the city. However, the routine practice and the monotony of present metro station in our country, weakens the place property of interior public space that the place should have, and makes it some space "placeless" People moving quickly and numbly through these dull and impetuous spaces, just to pass it and seek a sense of belonging. To change the stereotype and feelings about the space in our metro stations, and to explore the spirit within the space of metro station, Place-making should be an effective solution.Considering the current situation of no spirit in underground public space, the thesis at first presents the necessity of Place-making within the space of metro station, based on the theoretical understanding about Place-making, combining the theory with field visits, and summing up some design experience of metro station, the construction of which the author actually participate in. Then the thesis analyzes the necessary environmental conditions in the formation of metro station interior public space, and illustrates the four aspects in Place-making of interior public space:activities, intentions, forms and communication. Hence through the research about the relevant theory, the thesis puts forward and discusses four design principles in Place-making:Integrity Principle, Diversification Principle, Humanity Principle, and Characterization Principle. At last, the thesis combines theoretical and practical experience, makes a survey for the important design measures in Place-making of metro station interior public space, and forms a comparatively strategy in Place-making, which may help the later designers of metro station space find the point to start in time, and activate the power of the spaces in Place-making.
