基于模糊层次分析法的隧道施工组织方案评价与优化研究

【摘要】 施工组织设计是一种对施工全过程进行科学管理的重要方法,对施工进行有效地管理,它具有战略部署和战术安排的双重作用,而云管理信息平台是将传统的施工管理组织设计与当前的互联网技术及计算机技术相结合的一种全新的管理平台。本文主旨在于对关山隧道施工组织方案的评价,为此本文主要做了以下工作:首先,对关山隧道的工程地质情况进行了详细说明。工程地质情况对于施工组织设计的编制至关重要,施工组织中的多项内容,如施工方法选择、施工工艺选择、结构物结构型式选择等均与工程地质情况相关。其次,引入了模糊层次分析法,对其基本原理、基本步骤及其评价体系中的权重计算等内容进行了详细阐述。第三,建立了关山隧道施工组织设计方案的模型评价体系,确定了工程进度、工程造价、施工安全、环境影响等指标体系,并对各个指标的权重进行了对比。通过比对结果,进行分析得出各项指标的权重系数,最终通过专家对于各种指标的评分,量化关山隧道施工组织设计方案的评价得分。最后,本文引入了全新的管理平台概念——“云管理平台”。通过对云管理概念的阐述,及其高效、快捷的信息化传递特征的介绍,将其从计算机互联网领域引入至工程建设管理领域。结合云管理平台的高效性,将工程实例——关山隧道的施工组织方案进行管理评价,对其质量控制、工艺选择、安全保障三方面进行重点优化。

【Abstract】 Construction organization plan is an important method of scientific management of the construction process, it has the dual role of strategic and tactical arrangements, and the cloud management platform is a new information management platform, its traditional construction management organization design combined with current Internet technologies and computer technology.This paper aims to Guanshan tunnel construction’s organization design and evaluation, this paper basically did the following work:Firstly, article detailed engineering geological condition of GUANSHAN tunnel. Engineering geological conditions for preparation of construction organization design is very important. Multiple items of construction organization are associated with engineering geology, such as selection of construction methods, selection of construction technology of structure type selection, structure, and so on.Secondly, introduced the fuzzy AHP analysis, detailed in its basic tenets, and basic steps, and its evaluation system in the weight calculation.Thirdly, established GUANSHAN tunnel’s construction organization design of model evaluation system, determined the indicators system (progress of the projects, project cost, safety, environmental impact), from the results of compared the weight of each index, analyze the indicators of weight coefficients, and eventually through the expert score, quantitative evaluation of GUANSHAN tunnel’s construction organization plan score.Finally, article introduces a new management platform of "cloud management platform". Explain the concept of cloud management, describes the characteristics of its high performance of efficient information delivery, remove it from the computer field to the project management field. Combined with high efficiency of cloud management platform, GUANSHAN tunnel’s construction organization plan is optimized for its quality control, craft choice, safety control.
