一种空压机余热回收系统研究与实现

【摘要】 绝大部分工厂都需要使用空气压缩机压缩空气,空压机在压缩空气过程中会产生大量的热量,导致压缩空气温度升高。在传统的使用过程中,往往为了满足空压机工作要求需要配备循环冷却水或者冷冻水对压缩空气进行热交换进行冷却来保证其稳定运行,同时产生的这部分热量直接被排放到大气中去。这不仅损失了大量的热能同时还造成了生产冷却水或冷冻水的电耗量大幅度上升。为了回收这部分热量同时减少制冷系统的能量消耗,以一个现有的具有空压站的一个工厂为例,通过理论分析与实际研究介绍了一种余热回收技术,通过在原有空压机冷却系统的基础上加以改造,在空压机压缩后的出口管道上安装三通阀,增加一套冷却系统和换热系统,并实现冷却水温度以及冷却水量的自动控制,在不影响空压机正常运行的情况下将空压机压缩空气做功产生的热量代替用于其它工艺中需要的用于给原水加热的能源,从而减少了用于空压机冷却以及生产工艺加热的能耗,同时在原有空压机冷却系统的基础上加以改造,减少一部分冷却系统的使用量以达到减少了冷却系统的能耗的目的。并结合现场调研和对系统节能运行评估手段,计算得出了此种余热利用技术的节能效果,并研究出此种余热回收效益的一般计算方法,同时对工业压缩空气系统中目前存在的新兴的节能技术的特点及应用范围进行了分析和探讨,为今后在此基础上开展的合同能源管理模式奠定了技术基础,为企业进行节能改造提供了理论依据。具有良好的经济和社会效益。

【Abstract】 Most of plants need to use air compressor to compress air, air compressor in air compression process will produce a lot of heat, resulting in compression of air temperature. In the traditional use of the process, often in order to meet the work requirements need to be equipped with air compressor circulating cooling water or chilled water for compressed air for heat exchange cooling to ensure its stable operation, while producing this part of heat is emitted into the atmosphere. This not only the loss of a large amount of heat energy at the same time also caused the production of cooling water or chilled water consumption volume rises substantially. In order to recover the heat while reducing energy consumption of refrigeration system, with an existing with air compression station of a factory as an example, through the theoretical analysis and practical research this paper introduces a kind of waste heat recovery technology, the original air compressor cooling system based on improved, air compressor in the compression of the export pipeline mounted on the valve, a cooling system and a heat exchange system, and realize the temperature of cooling water and cooling water automatic control, without affecting the normal operation of air compressor under the condition of air compressor compressed air to do work and generates heat instead of for other processes required for raw water heating energy, thereby reducing the used for air compressor cooling and heating energy consumption of production process, at the same time in the original air compressor cooling system based on improved, reducing a portion of the cooling system is used to reduce the energy consumption of the cooling system for the purpose of. Combined with field investigation and assessment on energy saving operation means, calculates the heat utilization energy saving effect, and study the heat recovery efficiency of the general calculation method, at the same time of industrial compressed air system in the present new energy technology characteristics and application range are analyzed and discussed, for the future on the basis of to carry out energy management contract model lays the foundation of technology for energy-saving enterprises, provides the theory basis. It has good economic and social benefits.
