城市转型背景下赤峰市平庄城区城镇空间形态演变

【摘要】 平庄镇位于内蒙古自治区赤峰市元宝山区,是经济重镇,也是煤炭资源型城镇。随着平庄镇单一经济支柱产业资源—煤炭资源逐渐衰竭,自“十五”开始,镇政府意识到需要对其经济结构进行调整。历经“十一五”时期的经济转型阶段,平庄镇在城市规划建设和提升城市形象等方面做出了各种努力。在此背景下,研究以平庄镇经济转型阶段在城市总体布局、商业区发展、居住区及工业园区的兴起,以及绿化景观系统的建设等方面的改变为对象,通过文献研究、实地调查、统计分析,以及比较分析等方法,对转型时期平庄城区的城镇空间形态演变进行分类、分析,提出这一特殊时期各种功能空间演变的特点和规律。研究结合对应产业的发展情况以及社会政策等转型时期特定背景环境研究,总结城镇空间形态的演变特点及规律,提出城镇空间形态的多维特征决定了其研究框架的多领域性；城镇空间形态演变的空间经济增长研究框架；城镇空间拓展的演化理论；转型期城镇规划下的空间经济重构效应；转型期经济结构调整下的土地集约利用效应；转型期土地资源利用的城镇空间形态调整效应。本文共有六章。第一章是绪论,介绍研究的目的、意义和研究现状、框架；第二章阐述了作为资源型城镇的历史渊源、分析经济转型的整体经济发展状况,结合城镇空间总体布局演变,总结演变的特点以及经济转型对整体空间布局的影响；第三章从商业的发展演变出发,阐述商业空间的演变过程,从而得出其演变特点和影响因素；第四章从房地产业和工业的发展演变出发,阐述了居住空间和工业空间的演变过程,总结其演变特点及影响因素；第五章通过阐述城区对绿地景观系统的规划建设,分析其演变特点；第六章为结语,总结研究的成果、创新之处。更多还原

【Abstract】 PingZhuang town is in Yuanbaoshan district of Chifeng city in Inner Mongolia autonomous region, is an economic hub, is also a coal-oriented town. Asits single economic pillar industry resources-coal resources gradually failure, since the "Tenth five-year plan" period began, the PingZhuang government has the consciousness to need to adjust its economic structure. After the "eleventh five-year plan" period of economic transition, PingZhuang town has made the effortsin urban planning and construction and improving the image of the city.In this context, the study on PingZhuang town economic transition in the urban master layout, commercial development, residential area and the rise of industrial park, and the construction of the landscape system of change for object, through the literature research, field investigation, statistics, and comparative analysis methods to classifyand analyze the transition period of PingZhuang city town space form evolves, propose the characteristics and laws of all sorts of function of spatial evolution in this special period.The research is combined with corresponding industry’s development and social policy transformation period specific environmental research background, this paper summarizes characteristics and laws of the evolution of urban spatial form, and puts forward that the multidimensional characteristic of urban space form decidesits research framework of many areas-characteristic; Thespace economic growth research framework of the evolution of urban space form; The development theory of the evolution of urban space; The space-economic reconstruction effect below the town planning in the transition period; The land intensive use effect below economy structure adjustment in the transition period; The town space form adjustment effect of the land resources use in the transition period.This article has six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, this paper introduces the purpose of the research, the significance and the research situation, the framework; The second chapter describes the history of the town as a resource-town, analyzes the overall economic development of the economic transformation, urban space layout evolution, summarizes the characteristics of the economic transformation and evolution of integral space layout influence; The third chapter starting from the evolution of business, this paper expounds the evolution process of commercial space, and concludes its evolution characteristics and influencing factors; The fourth chapter starting from the real estate industry and the development of industry of evolution, this paper expounds the evolution of the living space and industrial space, and to sum up the characteristics and the influence factors of the evolution; Chapter5through the elaboration of the city planning and construction of the green landscape system, analyzes the evolution characteristics; In chapter6epilogue, summarizes the research results and achievement and innovative points.更多还原
