典型截面辊弯成型变形区及力能参数研究

【摘要】 辊弯成型在板材成形领域占有十分重要的位置,它是一种经济、环保和节能的生产工艺。特别是高强度钢出现后,为了能够生产出高质量的辊弯成型产品,需要对辊弯成型工艺不断进行改进和完善,这就要求对辊弯成型过程中的相关参数进行分析研究,如弯曲角、弯曲半径、变形区长度、成型力矩和成型力等。然而,目前国内外对此进行研究的不多,特别是成型过程中的力能参数研究成果更少。本文通过对国内外辊弯成型相关文献的研究,综述了辊弯成型方面的实际应用和理论研究状况。重点对辊弯成型变形区和力能参数进行了理论上的分析研究和仿真验证。根据实际进行简化假设,根据能量法得出了力能参数研究计算的几何模型,分析推导出了辊弯成型过程中的总的变形能、总功和总功率,计算得出了弯曲角计算表达式及其纵向分布图,解析出了变形区长度计算公式,并且解析出了辊弯成型力矩和成型力的理论计算表达式,并且对其影响因素进行了分析。为了验证所研究得出的力能参数的正确性,本文进行了辊弯成型力能参数仿真实验。基于正交实验的方法,设计了实验方案,对不同影响因素的不同水平分别进行了仿真实验,得出了成型力矩和成型力的仿真计算数值。通过理论计算值和仿真实验数值的对比分析,确认二者的相符合程度较好,证明了理论推导出的计算表达式的合理性。本文经过理论推导和仿真验证,得出的辊弯成型力能参数计算表达式,能够为辊弯成型理论研究、产品设计和生产制造提供理论参考。

【Abstract】 Roll forming has a very important position in the field of sheet forming, it is an production process of economical, environmentally friendly, energy-saving and has strong vitality. In order to be able to produce various sorts and varieties of high-quality roll forming products, we should continuously improve and refine roll forming process, this is necessary to research the relevant parameters in the roll forming process, furthermore, R&D roll forming equipment also should clearly know the relevant parameters, such as the bending angle, bending radius, deformation length, forming moment and forming force and so on. However, at present it is has very little research about this at home and abroad, especially it has less research about the roll forming force and moment parameters in the forming process.In this article, it review the practical application and theoretical research status of the roll forming, through the learning of roll forming relevant literature in home and abroad. Emphasis on force and energy parameters research of roll forming. Based on theoretical assumptions, the geometric model is simplified, deduced the total deformation power in the roll forming process, the bending angle calculation expression and its vertical distribution map has been calculated, parse out the formula of the deformation length, forming moment and the forming force, and analysis of the influencing factors.In order to verify the correctness of the force and power parameters, in this article carried out the roll forming force and energy simulation experiments. Based on orthogonal experiment design the experiment scheme, do a series of simulation experiments about the different levels of the different factors, obtain the simulation values. Through the comparative analysis of the calculated values and simulation values, it proved the correctness of the theoretical derivation of the formula.In this article, through theoretical analysis and simulation, obtained the calculation expression of force and energy parameters of roll forming, can provide theoretical reference for roll forming theoretical research, product design and manufacturing.
