蒸化工艺中温湿度测量装置的研制

【摘要】 温度和湿度是蒸化工艺中的两个重要参数,准确测量这两个参数对优化蒸化工艺,降低蒸化成本和环境污染具有重要意义。针对我国目前普遍使用老式蒸化机,温湿度测量和控制系统急需改进的问题,研制了一套多点温湿度测量系统和一套便携式的温湿度测量仪。以K型热电偶作为温度传感器,NI9211采集卡和NI cDAQ9172插槽作为数据输入和输出模块,计算机作为数据显示和存储终端,LabVIEW语言进行编程,完成了多点温度测量系统的设计。针对热电偶受到油污污染和化学腐蚀后测量精度下降的问题,分别采用316不锈钢、聚四氟乙烯和刚玉管对热电偶进行了封装。实验结果发现,封装后的热电偶测温时会偏小0.2℃,响应时间为130s,耐化学蒸汽腐蚀性良好。在多点温度测量系统的基础上,根据干湿球原理,通过编程实现了湿度的测量,最终形成了完整的温湿度测量系统。以SHT75型数字温湿度传感器为基础,PIC16F628A型单片机作为控制元件,采用汇编语言进行编程,HC595型数码管作为显示元件,研制了一套便携式温湿度电子测量仪。并在蒸化机中进行了实际应用。结果表明,该装置体积小、使用方便,测量精度较高。

【Abstract】 Temperature and humidity are two important parameters in the steaming process.Measuring these parameters accurately will contribute to reduce the production cost andthe environment pollution. Older steamers are widely used in our country and humiditymeasuring devices and control systems needs an urgent improvement, view of this, atemperature and humidity measuring instrument is developed.The multipoint temperature measuring device consists of K-type thermocouple,NI9211acquisition card, NI cDAQ-9172slots, computer and the program written byLabVIEW. The thermocouple’s measurement accuracy is easily affected by oil pollutionand chemical corrosion, so the thermocouple was separately packaged by316stainless steel,PTEE and corundum tube. The experimental result shows that the packagedthermocouple’s measurement error was only0.2℃and the response time was130s. Thepackaged thermocouple has a good property of corrosion-resistant. Based on the multipointtemperature measurement system and the wet and dry bulb principle the humiditymeasurement was also being achieved through a programming.The portable temperature and humidity measuring instrument consists of SHT75digital temperature and humidity sensor, PIC16F628A type single-chip microcomputer,HC595type digital tube and the program written in assembly language. It is practicallyused in the steaming process and the result shows that the developed portable device isvery convenient with high accuracy.
