企业管理中的文化演化分析

【摘要】 企业作为推动社会进步,促进经济发展的组织,它在我们的文化演译过程中将发挥越来越大,越来越强的作用。而企业管理中的企业文化作为企业的一种无形资源也在市场竞争日趋激烈的背景下显得格外重要。企业生命的基因是企业文化。企业文化的演化传承着企业成长壮大的演进历程。它在历史变迁的过程中融洽着自然、社会环境,演绎着企业发展变化的路径。企业文化的演化创新与人类自身知识结构的演化创新是一致的,都呈现出动态博弈演化的特点。它们的演化路径都是一个复合的博弈体系。企业文化的演化与人类知识的演化都是由文化、知识的内在特性决定的,即文化、知识的累积性、包容性。企业文化演化创新的路径也是由文化自身演化发展的特质所决定,呈现出均衡性的特点。研究企业文化有利于管理科学的发展,推动了文化学的丰富和发展,推进了企业管理的科学化,深化和升华了新型管理人才的培养方式和培养理念。博弈论作为一种理论研究工具,使人类深刻地认识到文化演化的复杂性、叠加性、建构性,特别是通过例如奥曼和谢林的对人们的冲突与合作的博弈论分析。囚徒困境,谈判模型等博弈论理论思想进一步使人类意识到博弈论对文化、企业文化研究的适应性、发展性。而文化的演化特性与博弈论的动态演化思想是一致的,都是在长期的演化过程中逐渐改变自身的不稳定结构,最后达到一个演化均衡状态。接着,它作为下一个演化均衡的开端开始新一期企业文化演进的创新内涵及历程。如此往复,努力提升企业文化的演化创新水平。可见企业文化演化是一个演进的博弈系统。因此用演化博弈论的观念理解、认识企业文化的演化路径是适当的。文章首先指出企业文化演化的博弈分析的背景、意义及研究方法、研究思路等。接下来对企业管理中的企业文化、博弈论的基本内容进行回顾,并进一步分析企业文化的博弈特点、演化特征及过程,接下来进行企业文化的博弈演化探讨及博弈演化模型的例证。接下来对企业文化的复合内涵进行统计分析。最后总结文章,并指出未来发展趋势。

【Abstract】 Enterprise is an organization of promoting economic growth and society development, it plays an important role in the culture evolution. Enterprise culture of enterprise management is especial important in the intense market economic as an intangible asset. Enterprise culture is a gene of enterprise. Enterprise culture conveys a evolution course of enterprise development. It harmonizes environment and society in the process of history changing, and it evolves a route of enterprise development. Evolution and creativity of enterprise culture and knowledge structure of humanity are concerted, and they all present an envolution of dynamics as game theory. Its evolution route are all a complex system as game theory. Evolution of enterprise culture and humanity knowledge are determined by internal characteristic of culture and knowledge, and it is called accumulation harmony of culture and knowledge. Evolution and creativity route of enterprise culture is determined by internal characteristic of culture, and it present balance.Study of enterprise culture is good for development of management science and abundance and development of culture science, and it is good for science of enterprise management, and it deepen an idea of cultivation of original talent. Game theory makes humanity deeply understand complexity of culture as a tool of study of theory, especially, Aumann and Schelling analyse conflict and cooperation about economic activity of humanity as game theory. Prisoner’s dilemma game and negotiation game make humanity further understand game theory for adaptment of culture and enterprise culture. Evolution characteristic of culture and dynamics evolution of game theory are concerted, and they all gradually change their unstable structure, and they are situation of balance of evolution at last. Then, it begins new balance of evolution as beginning of next balance of evolution of creativity internality and creativity process. Like this again and again, and makes effort to promote evolution and creativity and development of enterprise culture And evolution of enterprise culture is a system of dynamics evolution. So, we analyse evolution of enterprise culture with evolution game theory, and it is proper.First, the paper analyses background and meaning of evolution of enterprise culture and thinking of study and method of study, and so on. Next, we review basic content of enterprise culture and game theory, then further study game characteristic and process and evolution characteristic and process of enterprise culture. And then we begin evolution analyzation of game and set an example of model of evolution game. And then, we begin statistics analyzation about complexity of condition of enterprise culture.In the end, we summarize the all paper, and point out our outlook and tendency for development of evolution and game of enterprise culture.
